it's so tasty and delicious recipe that i cook it every week for my family! i learn this from my Maghrebi friend! the name of this dish is Shakshuka!
Ingredients for tomato sauce:
Onion - 1
Garlic - 1
Tomato - 3
Carrot - 1
Salt and pepper - as much as you like
Oregano powder - a little
water - 150 ml
you can prepare tomato sauce 1 or 2 days before.
Ingredients for Shakshuka:
Zucchini - 1
Bell pepper - 1/2
Tomato sauce - according to the above recipe
salt and pepper - as much as you like
Coriander - as much as you like
Egg - 2
Cheese (I choose feta cheese - you can use your favorite cheese) - as much as you like
