I liked the video, but having the recipe written down would do me some good. I tend to forget what went into things. If it is written out then I can use my printer and follow it along. Thanks

Hi there! 😊 In this recipe I remember I didn't use any fish sauce but anyway, you may try substitute some seaweeds in some dishes that uses fish sauce. Omitting is an option or just replace it with some salt but the umami of fish sauce still a bit different. Thank you for leaving your question here. Thank you for watching! ♥
Hi there, yup salt is not added because there is soy sauce and oyster sauce as seasoning. But you can add salt to adjust the taste according to your preference. Have a great weekend.

Is there a substitute for fish sauce for vegetarians? Or perhaps just omitting would be okay?

@@mykitchenmyhomeMy error. It was oyster sauce. Is that from actual oysters? I’ve never used it.
What kind of souse you used?
Hi! it's a mixture of soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chili powder, pepper, sesame oil, water & cornstarch.
@@mykitchenmyhome instead of brown sugar can honey be used?
@@powernshape2525 Honey is a great substitute for brown sugar. It adds a similar sweetness and a touch of unique flavor.
how much zucchini is used?
Hi! In this recipe it's 250 grams or 1 cup zucchini. Thank you for watching! ♥
Nice

Guess the oyster sauce and soy sauce would be salty enough
