This looks like a very nice recipe. But you claim that it is "Easy dinner recipe in 10 minutes!" That statement is very far from the truth!!! In other words, it is a big fat lie. I will probably try your easy recipe. But my guess is that the first time I make it, it will take me close to 2 hours from start to finish!

zucchini gives off a lot of water ,remember that. I made that mistake with one of Frischi's recipe's and ended up putting in 1/2 cup more flower than she called for ,just because I didn't know about the amount of water zucchini has in it. If you are treating the zucchini squeeze out as much of the water as you can. That was not in the for mentioned video I told you about.

If I served this up for dinner to my hubby and 23 year old son, they would definitely be asking where is the meat. I love zucchini, but my 23 year old unfortunately is not a fan. I do grate it and put it through bolognaise sauce and I also put them in burgers that I make, but in your face like that don't think he'd be keen. To me, it looks so delicious.
