If you are building a new PC just go with R5 7600 AM5 platform, some B650 motherboard, 32GB DDR5 6000Mhz RAM and 800W PSU + 6700 XT if you have a lower budged and next year or 2 you can upgrade the GPU since the CPU and RAM will be enough for like 5-6 years. I'm currently running this system for almost a year now and last few days with 2k monitor and no issues with FPS on any new games, settings High to Very high.

yep man iv been struggling a lot with fcking drivers, y recommend you the last one 24.1.2 its works perfectly with any stuttering if u are using a monitor with freesync
RTX 4060 can but get 10-15% less. Bcs I used FSR 3 Q Frame Gen. With 4060 you would get that fps just with 1440p high. And ofc generally 4060 is overall slower and cheaper gpu. No matter VRAM, chip cant handle it.

For the price in my country 4060 is better for sure, even if the price is the same, sometimes we need some features like DLSS 3 and FG hardware based since 6700 XT has only FG from AMD which is software based, also no encoder. Tbh this is a deep. Both of them have advantages, 6700 XT has the greater chip just like 4gb vram more which can be great for 1440p as you already said.
@Techno_AO actually frame gen from fsr is sfotware based giving a boost for all cards the same. For example 3060 Ti if he had the same framerate as 6700 xt with FG would be the same franerate just boosted by two times. And the best part its same for even gtx 750
+nodyshan Hot spot temp up to 80C is perfectly fine. So you can set your gpu fan speed to spin slower as long as temp is below 80C, resulting into less noise and extending lifespan of gpu's fans.

no with few adjustments and locking your fps you can game at 50-65 degrees with 70 being the extreme case my rx6700xt used to run most games at 65-78 degrees before i tinkered with the settings and now i run most games at 47-55 and heavy games at no more than 65c
@@HasanArthur Yes. Mine also reached almost 80 degrees. After I made the undervolt adjustments, overclocking, adjusting the fan rpm, FPS was stuck at 60, hardly a game reaches 65 degrees.
Usually the PCB are better made, but in this case, if we ignore that, it's quieter, has a smaller fan, generates less heat, and has 2 sata less cable resulting in better stability. And the Corsair is probably more expensive. Also, generally, I personally prefer Corsair as a subjective opinion. If there were any other broader choices like ASUS, it would be good, otherwise, Corsair it is. Now, the only reason to go for MSI is if you need 4 or more sata of cable. Otherwise, I don't see any other reason.

if you're already on am4 the 5600 or 5600x will work perfectly, however if you're buying brand new hardware I'd recommend going for am5 with a 7500f

If you have to then yes for 1440p, for 1080p you will have a cpu bottleneck especially bcs chipset can't handle it.

Just use vsync and it will be in the 60s at 24 degree ambient
