Both are kind of the same performance wise but if you're buying brand new, RX 7600XT is objectively the better choice. AFMF 2 works better on RDNA3 than RDNA2.

The better way to compare is just to compare the max bandwidth numbers between gpus. When comparing this way your Gtx 770's bandwidth is not far behind the 7600 xt which is just sad...

Total Board Power with is everything vs. Total Graphics power which is just the GPU. However, the quote of a 30w difference that I keep seeing is very, very, conservative. TGP vs TBP will vary from card to card. Beefed up cards with higher Boost clocks and higher power limits tend to consume more power.

This is because the in-game wattage display for the RDNA 2 GPU does not correspond to the actual consumption. You should add another 30 W.

Undervolting lower stability. In your case it may be because of your GC overheating, and it produces less heat thanks to undervolting in your case
