Just got my home espresso machine for a week and learning how to steam milk like a barista and failed for a week but i’ll try again after i saw your vid, thank you so much.
in the uk, a flat white is just like a latte but served in a smaller cup so there's less milk and is stronger. kinda weird how each country has different coffees with the same name
They are tons of tutorial videos on how to froth milk, but this one is the best one so far ! All steps perfectly explained and paused when needed, the steps are repeated several times. You also show how to create more or less froth by varying the time we stay on position 1, something rarely explained in other tutorials. Great job, thank you for sharing your tips !
I should've watched this video before going to my job trial yesterday! Very detailed and informative. Thank you Santy for making this journal of yours! 👍🏻👏🏻🎉
Cappuccino comes with chocolate powder and it has lots of froth, so it'll taste different cause the chocolate powder and the amount of the froth. However, I can barely taste the difference between latte and flat white (especially if it's served in a takeaway cup), it's because the main difference is just the amount of the froth :)
@@BaristaBeeJournal1 ohh hi to my favorite barista your my idol Barista Bee one day we will see each other I promise that The first time i saw your video I fell with it with you
Would love to try your coffee one day when we are no longer in lock down. Due to this lock down I just purchased my own espresso machine and am just starting to learn how to froth milk for cappuccino. Thanks for making this vid. It helps me a lot.
@@BaristaBeeJournal1 can you please make a video about how in cafe makes drinks ? Which recipe do they use? Eg: 20g in 40g out? Standard small cup for single shot, how much milk added for different drink. Dine in cup vs take away cups recipes, etc. My local cafe said they pull 1:2 for dine in cup and 1:1 double ristretto for take away.
This is the most enjoyable and clearly-explained video on milk frothing and latte art! Thank you!
