Had it twice in my life first one at 44 I’m actually just about though with my second time now at age 53 both mine happened after being stung by a bee or bees.I know there’s a lot of stress and nervousness that comes with this but have no fears just get in to your doctor ASAP because you’re all gonna get a TON of info on the internet then worry yourself to pieces. So STOP… my first one was on my left side this one is on my right so I just spoke on at least two or three things that the “internet” said shouldn’t happen but did to me. I got it more than once I had it on both sides of my body they were both gone in under a month (duration does differ person to person) 1. See Doctor asap 2. Take the Prednisone meds he gives you and make sure you finish them and you’ll need to use artificial tears throughout your duration and follow all directions 3. You’re now done chill out enjoy the ride you’ll be right back to your beautiful self before you know it. Just remember once again everyone heals at different times. Peace

A combination of sertraline and quetiapine can cause Bell`s palsy..
Antidepressants and anti- antiemetics are very misunderstood.

@@ravichougule5264 when a person gets Bell's Palsy and there is no found reason. A good idea to go to ask what meds the patient is on.. Then go to PubMed scholar and read the medical studies on medication side and rare side effects because a lot of medications cause illnesses such as, Bell's palsy, tremors, parkinsonism, dystonia, tardive dyskinesia, tics, grimacing, spasms and cramps ect..
The only way to be a good doctor these days, is to know your poisons

@@ralsharp6013 I am a professional by NO AND I MEAN NO means necessary, but I would definitely agree with you on asking the patient what medication they are taking because any medication that effects the nervous system which is quite a bit, can cause this side effect and depending on what med and how long, it could become chronic! Alcohol abuse will do this too. Seen a few cases of this in alcoholics who went way too far... Also not only medications but some supplements that mess with neurotransmitters can do this if they are abused or you have a medical condition and neurotransmitters that shouldn't be fired in excess become fired in excess because of the supplement. If you take anything and these symptoms start occuring, then stop taking whatever it is!

@@jbuddyman anyone who is as open-minded as you are, (towards the possible dangers) I see as extremely professional and responsible.. I work in disability and we need to know our poisons. Some people I work with are in global disability, often people are unable to understand the benefits and side effects that can take place..
Monitoring anything new to the system, is extremely important.🙌
Yes true about the supplements as well. Good point. Often people don't realise and I tend to forget about it myself sometimes..
Ginkgo biloba wonderful for ADHD, but can be dangerous if you have low platelets or high blood pressure. And absolutely spot on about the alcohol too.. I have a sister who can't stop, even after having her spleen and half her liver removed. The medication she's had during detox stages, a double ended sword.
      Legal and easy-to-access.
(For some reason blind people enjoy boozing.)
🤣 One of my beautiful people's that I support, was telling me, his grandmother had rubella whilst pregnant. His father is blind, he is blind and his son is blind. That's how I found out about a change of Genetics. Those boys all have hearing problems as well..
I find everything medical so very interesting and feeling blessed to be able to truly help people have a better quality of life in most areas..
      Better knowledge means, better choices.
Thank you for your input. . Sometimes people just want to chew a new bum hole, instead of having important discussion about serious topics..🙏

About 8-10 yrs ago I gave it to myself exercising my face muscles, I tensed up too hard without a warm up and damaged that little nerve that goes through our cheek bone... it scared the crap out of me for weeks. It got better and went away in ???mmm... 4-5-6 months or so. It's about 98% gone now. You can't tell unless I point it out. Doc... you can do better than this video... There's no useful information at all. This is the same info that is all over everywhere !!! Do better plz...
