What industry are you working in?
Hi that cateringgo website is non existent/ company not registered on company house. Ta
Sorry for the stupid question how do you find the HR and decision makers emails?
Thank you very much Kadz. I have been contemplating doing this but haven’t dived in as yet. This was a super useful video. Will keep you posted.
Thanks for the advice. Love your channel!
You are so welcome!
Great insights, Your emphasis on targeting specific job titles and sectors, along with reaching out to the right person, concludes as a great first step. Consistency in business development is undoubtedly a crucial factor. Awesome video!
Hi Kadz, great video! In terms of the 500 emails, would you recommend spec emails? Or are these just general emails?
Hi Kadz, thankyou for all the free information on your channel, you make my life a lot easier.
Would you recommend starting a recruitment agency for teachers?
Thanks in advance.
Does marketing the client and then doing a search assignment still work?
Hey Kadz, what email software do you use to send mass emails to potential clients?
I've been hired as a sales associate and been given the task of acquiring clients for the recruitment consultants. My sector is hospitality and leisure.
I respectfully find all your videos to be excellent valuable information. Nevertheless, I haven't landed a single client or tried different niches.
Thank you sir/mrs this video is for u!!
hi kadz, i set up my business account with metro as i was unable to do it with starling as you have to be 25 for a joint account and im only 22 if you make a video about what bank to set up with you should add that part in but yh im enjoying your content and its a great help super thanks ill keep you updated.
My pleasure my friend, yeah not sure why its 25 maybe just their policy
What about for Tech roles like Data Analysts?
@kadzmoney can you do the same video, for candidates as well, finding candidates with 24hrs
That was my thoughts after i made tbe video i should
Sorry if this is a silly question, but precisely WHO are the emails going to? Is it specifically targeted hiring managers? And what if the sector isn't represented on LinkedIn? How would you find out their emails?
If theres no info on Linkedin then you are better off cold calling.
Kadz so do you think recruitment is still a nice service based business despite being so much saturation or not ? And yes you r right it all comes down to niche and how to deal with already established big boys in the game
Of course it is. Dont worry about saturation. Only people that worry about saturation are people who arent very gd
Do you have to do this method? I am going to do chefs mainly head chef niche. Know hospitality is hot atm?
High volume- low margin id stay clear from hospitality
@@JME-TV I will do permanent placements not temps.
What do you recommend for lead outsourcing??
A freelance lead sourcer
Kads am I able to ask you a couple of questions about setting up please?
sure ask away
I have an established Niche that I’ve been doing employed for 6 years. Realised I’ve done this with no real input from my employer for the last 4 years.
I’m thinking of going solo but concerned about paying my bills for the period until the payments come in.
Could you advise on this and do you have issues chasing invoices?
For example if you say 100 emails, is that 1 email per company or it can be 2 emails for 1 company?
1 email per company
Thank you!
Bro can you do a video on email marketing software. Is there a free one? How to set up on spreadsheet. How to get email leads free
I have that planned yes.
Etsy has a client call tracker google sheet’s spreadsheet you can buy for like $2-$35 depending on the seller
💪🏾👏🏾
Chemical engineers 🤡
Who sent you the video idea and gave you the idea of chemical engineers?
Sorry?
Pretty self explanatory question - Just wondering how the information has been phished from a private entity and individuals that weren't releasing any information and how you managed to come across it@@kadzmoney
Why did you delete the previous message?@@kadzmoney
Have you ever been employed in recruitment?
Yes
@@kadzmoney are you recruiting in the same area now
Hi Kadz do you have a LinkedIn?
GET TO THE POINT!
Shhhh
Lemlist recommend to send 100 emails a day, is that what you was doing or if you was doing more than that did it have any impact on your domain
