    At 10M56S you mention that the 30,000 emails per year are all new leads, then you say the number can include the 2nd and 3rd followup emails. The difference here is 30,000 new leads versus 10,000 new leads plus followups. What do you recommend?

      Of course follow ups covert well for many reasons. New leads of course convert better than old leads. I would suggest do both,.

    Kadz, If I am cold calling 50 clients a day and have a high conservation rate. What are the chances I can end up paying for the same leads I have just finished calling or end up calling a clients I have already put on a Lemlist campaign? Or worst fear scenario getting dismissed by a potential client for emailing when I know I had a better chance of converting on a cold call instead?

    Can you recruit HCA for a permanent agency? Many clients come back saying they don’t use agencies for the ‘easy fill’ positions.

      Personal brand is far superior to the compnay brand. That's not to say a compnay brand isn't important but people buy from people.

      @@kadzmoney youre the best im telling you. I watched this like 4 times - its my 5th snd I'm taking notes. I hvae like 20plus jobs ongoing but its all Registered manager, regional and nurses. Been losing motivation lately, haven't seen money yet - its been like 2 months of consistency. This video made me realise my mistake. Thanks

    The 30,000 emails you mentioned and you outsource.. the email lists have to be provided don’t they so that research has to be done before outsourcing this.

    Engineering sector: what do you think about Jobsite / Total Jobs hiking their price 3x? Do you still use them or just stick to Indeed and own database (6,000 candidates)

    Thanks Kadz, when you send out permanent terms of business, is there another document like a schedule of fees or assignment schedule that you send out after the placement is agreed? Or do you just get a confirmation of the offer to the candidate and send out an invoice based on the initial terms you sent. Thank you

    Hi Kadz, what's confusing for me is that you are mentioning about niche and that there needs to be 600 jobs at least, but how on earth can we find 30.000 companies in small niche?

    If so what could be the rate for a starter with around 10 employees

      It would be tough. Unless you factor in sales executives, sales managers, customer service managers, call centre managers, customer success managers ect...
      You need some medium and hard jobs with them too.

      Its pretty good. I've done a few placements over the years. But its pretty small, most companies don't need help as its a very nice job to do. However expand it to an overall marketing niche?

      No. Especially not permanent recruitment. In some instances you may offer it for temporary recruitment but its usually based on your agreement with the company.

    Just wanted to ask quickly, when sending a client a CV do you keep the candidates details still attached on the CV? Just worried they might contact the candidate and take them without going through me (agency).

      100% remove the candidates details! Otherwise they'll do just that. you should be the only means of contact to your candidate.
