Hey man, 'SPOT' in the youtube tutorial is probably just the field name under which his elevation is listed. Looking at the name's you've supplied I recommend using "altitude' as your z-value field. Let me know if this works :)

I cant find SPOT in my arcgis im using 10.4 ( i can find latitude, altitude,y proj, x proj ...)
