How it got flatten when open on another gis .????
The Z factor converts the elevation values to ensure the TIN accurately represents the terrain, if you give zero to Z factor then it converts to a flat layer.

Is it possible to add coordinates (latitude and longitudes of the grid) to that 3d map at ARCSCENE?

how to convert 3d in AutoCAD format
