Slope, Aspect, Contour , Hillshade Map in ArcGIS

In this tutorial you will learn slope, aspect, contour and Hillshade map using ArcGIS. With the Surface tools, you can quantify and visualize a terrain landform represented by a digital elevation model (DEM).
Download DEM data: • Digital Elevation Mode...
Aspect: Derives aspect from a raster surface. The aspect identifies the downslope direction of the maximum rate of change in value from each cell to its neighbors.
Slope: Identifies the slope (gradient, or rate of maximum change in z-value) from each cell of a raster surface.
Contour: Creates a line feature class of contours (isolines) from a raster surface.
Hillshade: Creates a shaded relief from a surface raster by considering the illumination source angle and shadows.

Thanks for the video. As you told us we can extract Aspect map in ArcGIS which has 9-10 classes in this way. I need to extract the aspect map but in 5 classes that the classes are P(flat), N, E, S, W. Could you please tell me how can I extract Aspect map in ArcGIS which this 5 classes of the map automatically produce by ArcGIS because when I change the number of classes of the aspect map that I have Unfortunately the label of classes change to some numbers that I can not recognize which class or which range is showing W or which class or which range is N And so on ? Thanks for your guidance.

In the countour portion you can change the feature for labelling to make it more correct.

There are multiple ways of doing this in ArcGIS, Here are two ways.
1. Spatial Analyst Tools > Extraction > Extraction by Mask
2. Data Management Tools > Raster > Raster Processing > Clip
I am assuming you have a shapefile for your study area which will be used in both these methods to define the area you want to extract from the DEM.
