Update: Other good questions to ask, "With an increasingly difficult job market for pharmacists what resources does your program offer graduating pharmacists find employment?" "What percentage of the new graduating class found full time employment?" "and how many of those are in residency programs?" "how many found full time work that excludes residencies?" These are tough questions to ask any pharmacy program! Hope it helps.
Thank you for this. I will try this out tomorrow!
How did it go?@@jorgegonzalez-zq5oq
great video! I'm interviewing with UOP in less than a month and it's freaking me out! thank you for easing my anxiety. kindddaaa....
Yes I have full time work now and per diem on the side.
It potentially could however majority of the people in the interview won't have the schools website memorized. Just read through and try to find potential questions that may come up while reviewing the website.
could u plz give examples of essay question they would ask to write in pharmacy college interview?
Hi Paul, thanks for all the videos - they are extremely helpful. While watching this video though, I was wondering because wouldn't asking questions about the stuff posted on school's website make me less prepared and look like I didn't research much prior to the interview? Thanks!
Def a tougher market out there. Just gotta network and get as much experience as you can. Even poorly ranked schools are finding jobs just in rural areas.
Omg this part of youtube is so helpful to me roght no
I applied for 1 school and I did 3 years undergrad and received my bachelors
I stopped looking in March, got 2 per diem jobs = 45-75 hours a week. Not sure how long that will last... I'll look for full time again when my hours drop.
I would not ask this at an interview. But pharmacist get paid decent compared to other health professionals. The main downside is we do the same amount of school if not more than other health care professionals that can prescribe.
Hi paul can u help me to select ms and pg diploma after bpharmacy from india which is beneficial
Question: how is a Pharmacist's income compared to other medical professions? Thanks!
