This is a bloke with the right idea and a good eye. Renting the right/best camera/lens package for the job instead of obsessing over the latest semi-pro toy camera of the month. Nice lighting, good composition. Great work.
I don’t know what, but something feels off in this video, which slightly ruins impression of movie from this footage. Maybe it is fps and shutter angle, or maybe talent moved slightly faster in this scenes, than usually talents moving in this kind of footage. Or maybe video was slightly sped up for youtube?
Autopole holding the Astera lights is called a “varipole” for those looking to purchase something similar. Great video 👍
your lighting works are brilliant bro...

Thanks man, I hope you found it helpful.
Really great stuff. Would love to see your grade approach as well. Beautiful from start to finish.
Amazing video as always. Your explanation is so clear
Just in case anyone missed it... Andrei is a genius!
Thanks Martin, always appreciate it when you watch my videos and these kind words.
Always exceptional work Andrei!
I'm looking forward to the short film you're working on Andbery :)
Brilliant! What color pipeline you used? What film emulation?
Thanks. Just used to work with log to rec 709 interpretation via color space transform. Used Dehanser also, as tuning part to the film look.
Well done man, following you for sure. Beautiful, lighting and cinematography!
Thanks man!
@@ANDBERY No problem!
Thanks for share master!
Excellent visuals!!
You're talented bro. And that Arri is just a continuity of your skill set 🕊 Where can we watch the film when it's done ?
Thanks buddy, you're overpraising me :)
I'll post the film here in January once I'm done,
You make me happy 🙌❤️
am learning and inspired
Who color graded these shots?? Spectacular!
Thanks! I graded it.
@@ANDBERYwow, absolutely incredible! Everything!
@@ANDBERYlove to have a walk through of how you grade this. Do you use a film stock transform like you get in Davinci?
I’ve used Dehancer film plugin and some teal/orange luts
Thank you! Very interesting! 👏
You're welcome!
Круто!
great
ur awsome
Why did you rent an ARRI instead of using your Red Komodo?
The same price for a significant difference in the image
@@ANDBERY - Can you really see any difference? Is there any comparison online that you can point to?
I can see it in low light. The red komodo is an awesome camera, but its sensor noise in the shadows I don't like.
@@ANDBERY - Makes sense.
🤩❤️🔥
