Thanks Steve for answering my question. Sorry I just saw it now, been helping someone with their concession stand rounds at local events..As for power, I have a 10,000 watt generator I can bring. And I'm working on transporting all this.

Some farmer's markets and flea markets have semi-permanent slots for trailers that can be left in place, or indoor food vending areas. Inquire in your area. I had the same idea, but tearing down and trying to power a trailer and machine with temporary power I think is tempting murphy's law! Plus, your local health department probably would not allow it either.

such a fun video steve. You made me laugh (and learn) today. I would like to know you thought on a premium ice cream brand that is thinking of selling a soft serve version of their ice cream. Is that a good idea? or should the ice cream brand stick to selling premium?

How do you keep premium ice cream cold and safe at a farmers market?

Though I sell only FROZEN DESSERTS, my competitors commonly sell soft serve. I compete by having a serving of hard ice cream in our shave ice with a sno cap topping.
