The DeLorean is probably a replica because it's missing the brushed stain on the left rear vent which is on the restored A car at the Petersen Auto Museum. I'm guessing the movie version is based on that since it was recreated as perfect as possible. I also hope that Warner Bros takes better care of their movie cars compared to Universal as you know how that turned out =/

(Spielberg screwed up a masterpiece) Okay a K.I.T.T. scanner is okay, Knight Rider is Universal, that I can overlook for a new movie perspective, but why not MR FUSION from BTTF 2?

The Mr. Fusion tank always looked out of place on the Delorean, but it still has the hover conversion. Parzival prefers plutonium over garbage, like a lot of people do
If you see closer, the car model is based on the first one. (Time circults date too) In this movie, it can customize anything. And the timeline sets on 2045, maybe it has it's own way of hovering system. And yeah.. like the others prefer plutonium style of time machine more than the Mr. Fusion style for some reason.. :P

the Best part: Ernest Cline is the ACTUAL AUTHOR of Ready Player One! and in the movie extras, he and Tye Sheridan (who plays Parzival/Wade Watts in the movie) drive it around their hometown of Austin, TX!
Mr. Heaven's Tornado who became Kamen Rider W did they remake his bike, like they make the machine of the hardboileder or is it all CG so they can have the Revolgarry in it

I wish they did the extra work like they did in the book. In the book, the Delorean had the same grill with the scanner. But what was also added was the Ghostbusters logo on each side with a yellow and black strip on the side. But in the plate, it didn't say Parzival, it said Ecto 88. Wish it was like that, but it's still really cool
I hope there will be a word about the main character car, red Plymouth Valiant with the broken radiator hoses! xD I heard, that the car was carefully chosen by Steven Spielberg because of its low horsepower to signify David Mann's life weakness. (For example, he saw his wife almost being molested, but he did nothing to prevent that)
1970/72 Plymouth Valiant De Luxe. Universal used 3 of them. 1970 model with a 318 V8 (the sounds were more like 255 Slant 6, according to the IMCDb), 1971 Slant Six and 1972 Slant Six. All were painted in the FE5 Rally Red, and all were harmed during the filming.

Lol that poor rv... i felt really bad for the rv, franck was stressing the crap out of the engine the last time i saw it in person.. i wonder if they ended up changing over all those 6 volt batteries for a couple 12v deep cycles like i told him a hand full of times he should do to avoid a fire... all that unnecessary wiring had me very nervous.. would have been nice if you had ended up with the jp rv chris, it would have been in much better hands..
Ahh yeah - I turned my speakers up loud and could hear it! I went to the subtitles and the subtitles also said 'Siegel'! Of course the subtitles on youtube are never correct. It's sometimes more amusing to mute the volume on the videos and read the YT subtitles! Thanks for your work and taking the time with me!
