About my diagnosis… - Original Publish Date: 05/16/24

  • I originally published this unlisted on another channel I own, but I'm posting it here so my complete journey is in one place.
    I made this video simply to notify many friends and family members all at once about my diagnosis because it was easier than repeating things I didn't want to say over and over and over and over again. They followed up with questions and comments and honestly, it was a lot easier for me that way. I'm blessed to have many people that care about me enough to watch, comment, call, talk, chat, offer support, an ear, a shoulder to cry on... whatever I needed, the support was there. Thank you all... ❤️

    It’s an incredibly tough position to be in. Do you take that trip around the world and then focus on pain management? Or do you go through chemo, which might get you a few more months but is as bad as the cancer itself? Depends, I guess, on your age and family situation. I’m sorry you’re confronted with this choice. Me? See the world.

    • @F.CKThisCancer
      @F.CKThisCancer  9 дней назад +1

      I focused on my health. Thankfully there's no pain, just being a bit tired after being removed from chemo. But I'm eating healthy and doing EVERYTHING right. Stage 4 doesn't mean you're dying, it just means the cancer is spreading from where it originated. I see this as a temporary setback to my life goals, but also something I need to take very seriously in order to conquer. And thankfully, PRAISE THE LORD, I'm doing really well.

    I know you must be in shock right now having just gotten this diagnosis. Thing is you may still respond well to treatment and be able to live a fairly normal life going forward, I got similar news in 2022, but it was my stomach. I went through treatment and surgery and made it through. Ir’s been a hard time, but I did respond favourably to chemo, and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I also saw a reiki healer and used some alternative healing measures; complete diet and lifestyle change and CBD therapy and supplements. Try to visualize yourself well and healed. I wish you all the best and that you are able to get through this.

    • @F.CKThisCancer
      @F.CKThisCancer  Месяц назад +2

      Hi Amy, thank you for your comment. I’m happy to hear you made it through your treatment.
      To be honest, it wasn’t too shocking to hear that I had cancer, as my initial diagnosis of diverticulitis didn’t make sense to me, so I knew it had to be something else, possibly even cancer. I remember my doctor telling me and then pausing to give me time but I just told her to keep going. It wasn’t until the day I recorded this, when I heard that it was spreading to my liver and I had 10+ tumors in my liver, that I was shocked, and then a week or so later when I was told it was stage 4.
      I am also doing a complete diet change, just started CBD oil, am also doing supplements, as well as fenbendazole and soon Ivermectin (when it gets here). I talk about what I’m doing in other videos on my channel.
      I think of things as I am already healing myself because I am, but the visualization technique is something that I decided earlier today to do as I was having a conversation with the daughter of one of my aunts high school friends who has been fighting cancer for like 4-5 years now.
      Thank you and YES! I am getting through this!! ❤️ -Matt
