The MM2 gang is simply better at e v e r y t h i n g y o u t h i n k . They jump a lot, fire a lot, are excellent aimers and vertical attackers, 3 of them have shields or invencibility to deflect bullets, and 3 of them can cover a really broad space without worrying about anything else, with 7 strong competitors among a total of 8 (flashman its a joke at this point)

I'm not surprised that the Light Numbers didn't do as well against the Wily Numbers, they weren't built for combat. I'm impressed that they got down to the last one though!
Not only that, but wily designed them as upgraded versions of Light's robots, so some of the Light robots were effectively fighting stronger versions of themselves.
I think it speaks to how much Rock's incredible successes are because of his skill (given to him by us, the player). When put on an even playing field with everyone else, he's pretty mediocre. With the context of 11, he's pretty much living proof that Dr. Light was right (hehe) all along.

I've been meaning to say, that Rockman AI might be the best interpretation of a computer controlled version of playable Rockman that I've ever seen. Certain fan games do boss battles with Rock or Blues, but they're always pretty stiff and not very accurate to how a player would control them. Yours, though? It looks great!
Bomb Man beating out Crash Man by sheer fire rate is striking. The raw power of Crash Bomb is the bane of any stationary units, but there can only be one at a time and the very thing that made it dangerous-the lingering explosions-is both blessing and curse where, in that window, Crash is wholly defenseless. That bought enough time for Bomb to pelt him with his own bombs. The irony of the newer, superior model losing out to the very model it was based on-and it wasn't even combat-oriented. Elec Mk. 2 skillfully dodging Heat's warp/dash with a well-timed jump. The AI is good!
DWN vs DLN makes since since none of Dr Light's robot masters (except debatably Mega Man and Proto Man) were made for combat while all of the MM2 robots were created to defeat Mega Man.
Since you specified the MM3 incarnation of Hari Harry, does that mean we can expect the MMII (pronounced "Roman numeral two") incarnation down the line?
did you make mega man's ai by hand? if not, where did you get it from? a minor suggestion, for once you finish adding in all the robot masters, if you want to add in more cameo characters, i think the other bosses from Super Mario 2 (USA) besides Wart would be a good fit, or the Koopalings from SMB3. since many of them shoot projectiles, i think they would work well against robot masters
The fact that only one of Wily’s numbers needed a buff while two were nerfed in comparison to Light’s needing two buffs to not a single nerf says it all. Thank Goodness canon Mega Man doesn’t run on AI.

Improved Guts does damage with his jump (contact damage is generally turned off unless the robot has a special animation ) Improved Flash does damage on the time freeze Weak air's tornados don't block shots Weak heat doesn't have invulnerability when ablaze

As evidenced by the MM9 bots, Light doesn't mess around when it comes to destructive force. Elec, Fire, and Ice Man output serious damage FAST.

AI Mega Man had a terrible matchup. He had to deal with Fake Air Man. In this case, he was just as bothersome as the original!
