    Those little finger rubber bands worked wonders for healing my tennis elbows that had sabotaged my progress for several months.

    You guys gotta try rice bucket excersizes. Wrist and hand pain will dissappear and you can get some sick pumps

      @@afnanbogeyi reckon you could just go to “failure”. Although failure wouldn’t be a hard failure like when lifting, more like a cramping. Rinse and repeat

    I have big hands so the finger extension things always rip apart. I stopped doing them.

    I don't have any elbow pain yet but I do have pretty bad forearm pain, hopefully I can get it fixed with those little bands

      You might to train your pronators and supinators. If you have forearm pain, it might bleed into your elbows.

      @@anonymousman4419 I started training that as well. Did it happen to you? I have pain in the middle of my forearm when doing normal supinated curls and most recently also when doing reverse curls with no weight but in other point of the forearm. It's already getting better since starting today
