Home Insulation Strategies

I'm renovating my home and these are my Home Insulation Strategies.
I'm using Roxul Insulation, 6 Mil Poly vapour barrier, 3/4" DuroSpan Styrofoam 4x8 sheets, Tuck Tape, Acoustic Sealant, caulking and reusing the fibreglass pink from the walls.
