I tested the temperature after two and a half hours in an 87 degree garage. The starting temperature was 59 and after sitting for 2 1/2 hours the temperature in the box was 60 degrees! I'm hoping and praying it makes it safely. 😊
Nope! It stays pretty cold because of the materials used for the sides. And think of how big the cake is and it starts in the fridge around 45 F. So it takes a while to warm up. If it were a sunny day it wouldn’t last as long but it does a great job!

I have a similar cake delivery 😅 did you use a center dowel after removing the cake safe center dowel?
Nope! I have supporting dowels around the rest of the cakes so once I take out the center one I just patch the top and that’s it!

Not the whole thing is foam! Also I’ve used this on tall 3 tiered cakes that were all real. No need to hate 🙂 It works amazing!
