When Moxxie got tranquilized early in episode, I was pleasantly surprised that Blitzø was concerned about him rather than yelling or being otherwise irritated at him for getting knocked out. I absolutely love their relationship and I’m so glad episode six explored it more.

I don't think Blitz and Moxxie actually talked to each other in their trip, it was a more like their subconscious manifested part of their issues as each other

with blitzo's own half of the sequence, it should have been obvious that they were talking to imagined caricatures of how they see each other and not actually communicating with each other
I like the idea of Moxxie’s theorized attraction to Blitzø being brought up again, but an /actual/ relationship or M&M’s relationship getting threatened isn’t what I’d want at all personally

Loona's straight up an off-the-street fighter. She's not an expert in anything in particular, but she's a scrappy and intuitive fighter experienced from hard living.

I see a lot of people misunderstanding the "Moxxie is the Straight Man" part. What he actually meant was that in comedy, there's a trope called the Straight Man/Funny Man duo. The Straight Man takes things seriously and doesn't want to be involved with the Funny Man's antics while trying to solve a situation logically; the Funny Man on the other hand, is the wackier of the two and often ignores the Straight Man because he thinks his way of doing things is better but in most cases, it's pure chaos. In this case, Blitzo is the Funny Man who puts down whatever Moxxie has to say because it sounds uninteresting to him and Moxxie is his Straight Man, always calling Blitzo out on his BS. I hope this clears up confusion.

The relationship between moxxie and blitzo feels like a sibling relationship, they fight a hella lot, may cus eachother out, call out one another, argue, but despite it all they still care about each other deeply through thick and thin and I love it
I think Moxxie see's Blitzo as one to an older brother more than anything else. They bicker and squabble all the time, but in the end, Moxxie highly respects Blitzo and craves his validation. Blitzo's bullying tendencies such as picking on Moxxie and berating him is something older brothers do a lot (I should know because I have two). However, in his own way, he does care for Moxxie and gets very, VERY pissed off when others hurt him. They aren't just merely co-workers, or friends, they are brothers.

I'm still questioning Blitz's feelings towards Stolas. He strikes me as the kind of guy who wows someone and then does some spontaneous thing that interested him in the moment that can inadvertently ruin a relationship (Vorasica's a good example). He's the kind of guy who goes to any length to accomplish both the means and the end.

I agree. Blitzo might be less of him being a “creepy one night stand” deal, but still it’s more of a means to the end: Stolas also kind of knows it, but is still making the most of it.
I still dont quite think he is "In love" with Stolas. The heavy symbolism makes it a little hard to exactly point out his feelings. That "stairway to heaven" could also be interpretated as how Blitzo sees Stolas as someone above himself, in rank or wealth, whom he has to be used as toy to achieve what he wants and is something he is willing to do, although it, at first glance looks like he idolizes him, it could mean something different. I think this because Moxxie's appeareace changes as he touches the stairs leading to Stolas into an upper class victorian aristocrat, indicating that, at some level, he feels less than Moxxie, and all this could mean that he has low self esteem. You can see two shadow Blitzos fanning Stolas, the fact that we cant see their faces could mean that he doesnt like to see himself as a servant of Stola's needs. The golden chains? Is anyone familiar with the "Cage made of gold" frase? Even if it looks good, still a cage and probably another thing Blitzo feels, like a trapped bird in a golden cage. Since Blitzo is strongly hinted to have intimacy issues, it wouldnt surprise me that he can be the type of character that can detach himself to have the kind of relationship he has with Stolas, in order to get what he actually wants: A way to keep his company running. The creators also keep pointing out that their relationship is one sided. Sure, they have sexual chimestry, but that alone doesnt equal to love, at least for now, its a little too soon to say "in love". I understand enyone longing for their ship to be canon, but honestly it feels too soon to confirm that as actuall romantic feelings. But, that was just an interpretation, I cant wait to see what happens in the remaining episodes and if we will ever get a chance to dive into Blitzo's past a little more.

possible, but it seems like the book being present is a necessary aspect of it's magic, making memorizing it pointless. For example, it's stolas's book, and he uses it all the time for his duties. If anyone already knows how to use the spells in it, it's him. Yet he can't just make a portal to the human world without the book in his hands. As we saw, he needed to posses humans and get them to summon him through a demonic ritual for his true form to come to earth.
I would love if they had Luna MEMORIZE that page in the book that allows them to go back to Hell. She probably blamed herself for nearly getting them all killed (which it wasn't), and is probably taking it upon herself to never have that situation happen again.

Since we don’t have a literal rule book on how magic work for a high demon or anything to see where the line cross. Don’t forget that Veronica (if I spelled that correctly) from the third episode used a different way to the human world. The imps can’t change form, too. Maybe that’s why Luna is in charge with the book?? Don’t know this even answers anything, but an interesting question to even think about

It was refreshing to see Loona fight alongside the I.M.P. We always saw her as the secretary of business, but now we got to see that these are the last people to get in a fight with.
I noticed that in both trip scenarios, the mark on Blitzo's head got turned into a broken heart as opposed to his usual... Whatever the mark usually is supposed to be.
Fun fact: Moxxie is bi, so it could happen! We just don’t know if him and Millie are poly. And real talk, I think Blitz is just jealous of them having a deep emotional connection that’s been tenuous at best whenever he’s tried to form it.

Maybe the government didn't believe that footage? Or it came from unreliable sources? Demons killing a bunch of gov agents and having the bodies to back it up is good news for them.
Cause now they have footage of Stolas. His powers are in an entirely different league than the I. M. P. Here you could have argued: "Yeah, that's not demons, just some crazies, that had some cosmetic operations." But Stolas show of power? And then his speech about no one believing the Demon believing lunatics, yeaaah shouldn't have said that while being filmed. That can't be argued away, so very good footage for convincing the other government guys.
The imp footage at the begining was for hell and no humans had access to it while the second footage the humans have it and they will use it to proove that they exist and that would be trouble and now they have stolas in the footage

I think Blitzo and Moxxie were actually talking to each other in their acid trips because they each told each other things they needed to hear and the conversation afterwards corresponds to what they talked about in the visions.

The ars goita is the name of the book. In our tongue it’s called the key of solomon named in honor of the ancient king chosen by god and ended up enlisting 72 demons and angels as his familiars that stolas was one of.
When the helluva boss series is evolving to this point to where they are surpassing most animated shows I know about in quality I’m seriously excited what the Hazbin hotel series has in store. Pls if the Hazbin hotel and Helluva boss universes are actually in the same universe. The events of the last episode could actually have a massive affect on the Hazbin hotel series. If humans gain access to Stolas book and people know demons exist. There will be human recon teams sent to hell primarily looking to find the infamous Lucifer and the person who they will probably think knows where he is is Charlie making her a massive target. All this stuff can happen now because evidence of demons now exist in the human world.
One part I adore with the fight scene is how Blitz goes out of his way for one-on-one on each of his coworkers. First he's back-to back with Moxie, then he goes to check on Millie and give her a pick-me-up with some water, then openly shares his pride and affection with Loona. Then it comes to him and Moxie again, where he makes a joke there, but not one that's degrading Moxie. I'm sure he'll he an asshole again next episode for the most part, but the way he actually reciprocates Stolas this time really shows that he's made a step towards being able to accept those bonds.
I seriously never correlated cartoon hell to horror movie demonic scenes, and I love that this episode managed to fill in the gap in a very entertaining way. I don't like horror, but man was it great watching all that and going, "eyy, owl man is coming"

You know, that blood bath scene made me wonder. Are demons just that powerful, or are they really good at there job like roided up quarter back? I guess it really depends. Luna is definitely not trained in combat, but a hellhound is like a mythical beast that as we have seen are hired as body guards. Imps on the other hand are shown to be pretty normal, but I definitely think the average imp is probably stronger then the average hoomun. Seeing it though, I don’t really know, because those were all trained special forces type people and there were probably 100 of them! And it was fun for team I.M.P.! They obviously have to be skilled in what they do though, so I wonder what 2 peak humans could do against 1 peak imp, just to see how much stronger hell spawn are intrinsically.
Luna is like a 2+ meter tall biped wolf with higher intelligence, ofc she's gonna excel at combat Imps are literally creatures from hell, they aren't as weak as they look, altho they ARE the weakest kind of demon Could be that by focusing so much of the show on them, it has given the illusion that other demons have a similar kind of strength, but in reality it's just that most of their targets are human so we never see the strength of any other greater demons ALSO, you don't bring a sword to a gun fight

Just my two cents, but my impression was that these human agents were essentially incompetent dorks (it's liteally in their agency's acryonym). Not specail forces, not well trained, and basically forced to use ineffective Edo-period weapons because their idiot bosses thought it was "badass". While I'm willing to believe the imps are capable fighters and on average stronger than the average human, they were damned lucky they were up against the X-Files' bleach-drinking cousins rather than a group that had two brain cells to rub together. Just from the pilot episode we know the imps are vulnerble to bullets, so if these were well trained agents, properly armed, it'd be a different scenario. Huh, that said this whole scene just made me think of something. Since Heaven seems to have such stringet entry requirments, it's safe to say a fair number of humans end up in Hell in this setting, so just how many of the humans I.M.P kills end up in Hell? And it's clear these humans retain their memories when becoming demons, hence Blitz's entire business model being able to function. So wouldn't I.M.P be making a *lot* of enemies who'd be out for revenge against them? Like almost every other kill creates a new demon with a built in grudge against the imps that killed them and sent them to Hell in the first place? From this fight scene alone there'd have to be dozens of newly minted demons with a reason to want Blitz and the others dead. Wonder if the show will ever bring this up, since now that I think about it, it seems like such an obvious point.
Trust me, Lucider's reaction to IMP being on earth isn't what I'm worried/excited for, but the reason why Lucifer might not want demons around earth in the first place.
If humans now have conclusive evidence that demons exist, it’s only a matter of time until they do something stupid that gets the attention of Heaven. And we ALL know that Heaven and Hell don’t mix. I have a feeling that the Cherubs were just the beginning… I feel that this episode not only gave the audience great introspection into Blitzo and Moxxie as characters but also their relationship as both boss and employee as well as friends.
Considering that heaven seem to have sabaton's the last stand playing on loop, shi would get body verry fast and IMP will be cought in the mindle of a literal holly war.
Theory (more like speculation): What if Stolas gets some insight into Blitzo's past and how he's dealt with relationships and that kind of adds to Stolas' bout of depression from the S1 trailer (since we see that Blitzo sees Stolas as a divine being but also sees himself as chained to Stolas' and under his thumb which could mess with Stolas' head)? What if Stolas has to address his past like Blitzo addressed his (although maybe without the truth bomb acid trip) but there's the risk of his and Blitzo's relationship falling apart?
I definitely feel like (or at least hope.) Blitzo and Stolas' arc, at least for this season, comes to a head with them hashing out some much needed discussion on boundaries and dynamics of their relationship and what they both want. As Chorus said in a previous video, both Blitzo and Stolas bring toxic, unhealthy elements to the relationship, but so far nothing that can't be fixed imo, that is if both agree to get serious and check themselves. Blitzo could stand to admit he likes Stolas and maybe wants to be his boyfriend, and thus work to not constantly seek self validation while pushing people away for fear he's not worthy of love, affection, and friends, meanwhile Stolas can (to the best of his ability given his strength and evident power over Blitzo and indeed all imps, hellhounds, and any being lower in the social hierarchy than the Ars Goetia demons) work to actually listen to Blitzo and his feelings, put them on equal footing in their relationship instead of treating him like a cute sex toy, and generally just be more consensual with their romantic encounters, like yes it's apparent Blitzo likes the sex but Stolas needs to be less demanding and domineering (although it looks like Blitzo definitely gets times to be dominant if thew end of episode 6 was any indication.). Also, I could be wrong but if feels like Blitzo might have some subtle reservations about being in gay relationships, possibly some internalized homophobia or fear of being submissive since he admits to being openly pan, but also puts stock in previous straight relationships like Verosika, makes most of his innuendos heterosexual in nature (like naming his Bazooka "my dick", and the rockets "pussy destroyer"), and even refers to Stolas with terms like pussy. Could be wrong but my read is maybe he just needs to embrace the gayness a lil more for his own peace of mind.
When I finished watching the episode I could only think of your reaction about Stolas entrance, which was a new level of epic to me, and Stolitz being thrown on our face and rubbed until our skins peeled off. That last action scene had me feeling all sorts of things... most of them weird, some funny weird but mostly aroused weird.
Detail that I loved: When agent two is getting possessed by Stolas it looks like the corpses around her get up and bow to Stolas. True, that could also just be them starting drawing the circle, but man does it also look like bowing.

Looking back, this is still my favorite episode ever. The government agents being goofy cartoon characters, the badass fight scene where even Moxxie gets to show off his shit, the trip scenes and Stolace's bs are all pure gold.
I love how in Moxxie’s trip Blitzø is far up above him and speaking in a fancy voice. And in Blitzø’s trip Moxxie is speaking down to him in a fancy voice. I think that showed how they both feel like the other thinks they are better than them.
I love how Moxxie just starts rattling off a half mile long coffee order. That may be my favorite gag. Actually the "daddy likey dummy" is up here too....
Theory. Blitz isn’t just an imp or is majorly holding himself back. In the scene where everything deteriorates blitz screams in anger. Showing way more teeth than normal. Also why else would verosica want him. As well as why he is so much stronger than moxy and striker.
I think the one thing that might puncture the drama of Blitzo's downward spiral of exposing demons to humanity would be what punctures the drama of every Helluva Boss episode; comedy. Tbh if someone showed me pictures of demons on a camera, no matter how realistic they look i'd be like "wow what movie or cosplay is this"

Stolas is a Great Prince of Hell, that means he was powerful even before Hell was a thing. I think summoning himself into the human world & all-seeing, are the least of his full abilities.
I'm a proud Stolitzo shipper. I love how they dance around how they genuinely feel. And I love that hot owl boy so much. Not sure how I feel about his human form yet but I think it'll grow on me.
I had a small theory after this episode regarding it’s villains. I think this show will follow an operation: kids next door style where each episode will have a random villain from the show each time, and these early episodes are just introducing said villains
Loved this episode. Have to admit though, I was half expecting the Cherubs to appear in the background of the ending scene, setting up a potential human+angel revenge alliance. Alternatively if the agents and their group make a return, I wouldn't mind seeing them with actually competent flunkies, perhaps 'werewolves' resulting from secret government experimentation using plot-convienant shed fur from Loona left at the fight scene, or something.
I think that section of Moxxie's song does mean he's interested in Blitz, but he seems to have some repressed issues from growing up in the Wrath ring about his...less overtly masculine interests. That seems to extend to his exceptional ability to pull off wearing a dress (briefly comes up during the song as a visual), the pegging, and all the way to maybe being into Blitz. For Moxxie I think it goes beyond that, though, there's also the whole boss/employee dynamic which would concern him, and he's probably the only denizen of hell besides Charlie to be even remotely monogamous so far so he probably also secretly worries what being into Blitz means about him and Millie. Repressed Guilt, now in Demon Form.
I think this episode highlight's that in some ways Blitzø wants to be more like Moxxie. Moxxie might be the least demonic of demons but he's not afraid to own it, his insecurities bubble close to the surface but he's willing to speak up for those he cares about, and his marriage is so unbelievably wholesome and genuine in a place where sin reins supreme. Blitzø, on the other hand, hides his insecurities by forcefully taking charge of the situation, his afraid of being seen as lesser but is willing to demean himself like his strange transactional relationship with Stolas to get what he wants, and he seems to forcefully inserts himself between Millie and Moxxie because deep down he wants that type of relationship for himself but doesn't quite know how to proceed or if it's even possible for him.
It's hard that they don't have much in way of production Every episode deepens the lore and character building w/c is great but i kinda want some fun nonsense every now and then remember Adventure Time, Invader Zim, hecc even Over The Garden Wall, not everything was world building and character stories But they can't afford to do something like that with the small team they have unfortunately I do want something similar to Episode 1 where there's no huge stakes and massive plotlines moving every episode
I hope that next episode is something more lighthearted and planning related, because they really can't get caught and in trouble, not right after this!

The only thing that's even vaguely similar to government organizations is the employees call themselves "agents" and the black suits, but agent is a common job title in private companies and black suits are just generic professional. I can't reasonably see Vivziepop having that blatant of a research failure, especially given that they've already established the blatant villainy of private business interests as a recurring theme of the show. D.H.O.R.K.S. doesn't play as a government agency, but as some kind of PMC that's a shitty, incompetent, try-hard clone of a government agency.
I agree. the only problem with episode 6 in my opinion, is that I WANT MORE OF THIS SHIT!!!! Can't wait for Episode 7 (which will most likely air in a month or 2 (hopefully we get to see more of Verosika again as well cuz DAYUM did she make an entrance in her debut episode)).

When Moxxie got tranquilized early in episode, I was pleasantly surprised that Blitzø was concerned about him rather than yelling or being otherwise irritated at him for getting knocked out. I absolutely love their relationship and I’m so glad episode six explored it more.

The Straight Man takes things seriously and doesn't want to be involved with the Funny Man's antics while trying to solve a situation logically; the Funny Man on the other hand, is the wackier of the two and often ignores the Straight Man because he thinks his way of doing things is better but in most cases, it's pure chaos. I think Moxxie see's Blitzo as one to an older brother more than anything else. They bicker and squabble all the time, but in the end, Moxxie highly respects Blitzo and craves his validation. Blitzo's bullying tendencies such as picking on Moxxie and berating him is something older brothers do a lot (I should know because I have two). However, in his own way, he does care for Moxxie and gets very, VERY pissed off when others hurt him. They aren't just merely co-workers, or friends, they are brothers.
Blitzo has expressed wanting to 3 way with M&M, so its at least not familial on his side.. he 100% has attachment issues & abandonment issues too

I'm still questioning Blitz's feelings towards Stolas. He strikes me as the kind of guy who wows someone and then does some spontaneous thing that interested him in the moment that can inadvertently ruin a relationship (Vorasica's a good example). He's the kind of guy who goes to any length to accomplish both the means and the end.
I feel like Blitz and Stolas are using each other as bandaids for much bigger problems 😅 but I think it’s also possible they could become serious later on
I agree. Blitzo might be less of him being a “creepy one night stand” deal, but still it’s more of a means to the end: Stolas also kind of knows it, but is still making the most of it.
I still dont quite think he is "In love" with Stolas. The heavy symbolism makes it a little hard to exactly point out his feelings.
That "stairway to heaven" could also be interpretated as how Blitzo sees Stolas as someone above himself, in rank or wealth, whom he has to be used as toy to achieve what he wants and is something he is willing to do, although it, at first glance looks like he idolizes him, it could mean something different. I think this because Moxxie's appeareace changes as he touches the stairs leading to Stolas into an upper class victorian aristocrat, indicating that, at some level, he feels less than Moxxie, and all this could mean that he has low self esteem.
You can see two shadow Blitzos fanning Stolas, the fact that we cant see their faces could mean that he doesnt like to see himself as a servant of Stola's needs.
The golden chains? Is anyone familiar with the "Cage made of gold" frase? Even if it looks good, still a cage and probably another thing Blitzo feels, like a trapped bird in a golden cage.
Since Blitzo is strongly hinted to have intimacy issues, it wouldnt surprise me that he can be the type of character that can detach himself to have the kind of relationship he has with Stolas, in order to get what he actually wants: A way to keep his company running.
The creators also keep pointing out that their relationship is one sided. Sure, they have sexual chimestry, but that alone doesnt equal to love, at least for now, its a little too soon to say "in love". I understand enyone longing for their ship to be canon, but honestly it feels too soon to confirm that as actuall romantic feelings.
But, that was just an interpretation, I cant wait to see what happens in the remaining episodes and if we will ever get a chance to dive into Blitzo's past a little more.

possible, but it seems like the book being present is a necessary aspect of it's magic, making memorizing it pointless. For example, it's stolas's book, and he uses it all the time for his duties. If anyone already knows how to use the spells in it, it's him. Yet he can't just make a portal to the human world without the book in his hands. As we saw, he needed to posses humans and get them to summon him through a demonic ritual for his true form to come to earth.
I would love if they had Luna MEMORIZE that page in the book that allows them to go back to Hell. She probably blamed herself for nearly getting them all killed (which it wasn't), and is probably taking it upon herself to never have that situation happen again.

Since we don’t have a literal rule book on how magic work for a high demon or anything to see where the line cross. It was refreshing to see Loona fight alongside the I.M.P. We always saw her as the secretary of business, but now we got to see that these are the last people to get in a fight with.
Its also relevant to note that the Black symbol on Blitzo's head, in the "trip", was a broken heart instead of the normal heart/skull thingy
I noticed that in both trip scenarios, the mark on Blitzo's head got turned into a broken heart as opposed to his usual... Whatever the mark usually is supposed to be.
Fun fact: Moxxie is bi, so it could happen! We just don’t know if him and Millie are poly. And real talk, I think Blitz is just jealous of them having a deep emotional connection that’s been tenuous at best whenever he’s tried to form it.

Maybe the government didn't believe that footage? Or it came from unreliable sources? Demons killing a bunch of gov agents and having the bodies to back it up is good news for them.

I think Blitzo and Moxxie were actually talking to each other in their acid trips because they each told each other things they needed to hear and the conversation afterwards corresponds to what they talked about in the visions.

When the helluva boss series is evolving to this point to where they are surpassing most animated shows I know about in quality I’m seriously excited what the Hazbin hotel series has in store. Pls if the Hazbin hotel and Helluva boss universes are actually in the same universe. The events of the last episode could actually have a massive affect on the Hazbin hotel series. If humans gain access to Stolas book and people know demons exist. There will be human recon teams sent to hell primarily looking to find the infamous Lucifer and the person who they will probably think knows where he is is Charlie making her a massive target. All this stuff can happen now because evidence of demons now exist in the human world.
According to official stuff it is the same universe.
One part I adore with the fight scene is how Blitz goes out of his way for one-on-one on each of his coworkers. First he's back-to back with Moxie, then he goes to check on Millie and give her a pick-me-up with some water, then openly shares his pride and affection with Loona. Then it comes to him and Moxie again, where he makes a joke there, but not one that's degrading Moxie. I'm sure he'll he an asshole again next episode for the most part, but the way he actually reciprocates Stolas this time really shows that he's made a step towards being able to accept those bonds.
Spindlehorse's crew really got a chance to flex their stuff in this one.

Luna is definitely not trained in combat, but a hellhound is like a mythical beast that as we have seen are hired as body guards. Imps on the other hand are shown to be pretty normal, but I definitely think the average imp is probably stronger then the average hoomun. Seeing it though, I don’t really know, because those were all trained special forces type people and there were probably 100 of them! And it was fun for team I.M.P.! They obviously have to be skilled in what they do though, so I wonder what 2 peak humans could do against 1 peak imp, just to see how much stronger hell spawn are intrinsically.

Imps are literally creatures from hell, they aren't as weak as they look, altho they ARE the weakest kind of demon
Could be that by focusing so much of the show on them, it has given the illusion that other demons have a similar kind of strength, but in reality it's just that most of their targets are human so we never see the strength of any other greater demons

You could probably think of a reason as to why they all had those weapons, but in the end it was just to make that battle scene possible
Just my two cents, but my impression was that these human agents were essentially incompetent dorks (it's liteally in their agency's acryonym). Not specail forces, not well trained, and basically forced to use ineffective Edo-period weapons because their idiot bosses thought it was "badass". While I'm willing to believe the imps are capable fighters and on average stronger than the average human, they were damned lucky they were up against the X-Files' bleach-drinking cousins rather than a group that had two brain cells to rub together. Just from the pilot episode we know the imps are vulnerble to bullets, so if these were well trained agents, properly armed, it'd be a different scenario.
Huh, that said this whole scene just made me think of something. Since Heaven seems to have such stringet entry requirments, it's safe to say a fair number of humans end up in Hell in this setting, so just how many of the humans I.M.P kills end up in Hell? And it's clear these humans retain their memories when becoming demons, hence Blitz's entire business model being able to function. So wouldn't I.M.P be making a *lot* of enemies who'd be out for revenge against them? Like almost every other kill creates a new demon with a built in grudge against the imps that killed them and sent them to Hell in the first place? From this fight scene alone there'd have to be dozens of newly minted demons with a reason to want Blitz and the others dead. Wonder if the show will ever bring this up, since now that I think about it, it seems like such an obvious point.

Trust me, Lucider's reaction to IMP being on earth isn't what I'm worried/excited for, but the reason why Lucifer might not want demons around earth in the first place.
Maybe he doesn't want a war with Heaven because it would be the lmit, letting demons to mess with the human world.
If humans now have conclusive evidence that demons exist, it’s only a matter of time until they do something stupid that gets the attention of Heaven.
And we ALL know that Heaven and Hell don’t mix. I have a feeling that the Cherubs were just the beginning…
I feel that this episode not only gave the audience great introspection into Blitzo and Moxxie as characters but also their relationship as both boss and employee as well as friends.
Considering that heaven seem to have sabaton's the last stand playing on loop, shi would get body verry fast and IMP will be cought in the mindle of a literal holly war.
Theory (more like speculation): What if Stolas gets some insight into Blitzo's past and how he's dealt with relationships and that kind of adds to Stolas' bout of depression from the S1 trailer (since we see that Blitzo sees Stolas as a divine being but also sees himself as chained to Stolas' and under his thumb which could mess with Stolas' head)? What if Stolas has to address his past like Blitzo addressed his (although maybe without the truth bomb acid trip) but there's the risk of his and Blitzo's relationship falling apart?
I definitely feel like (or at least hope.) Blitzo and Stolas' arc, at least for this season, comes to a head with them hashing out some much needed discussion on boundaries and dynamics of their relationship and what they both want. As Chorus said in a previous video, both Blitzo and Stolas bring toxic, unhealthy elements to the relationship, but so far nothing that can't be fixed imo, that is if both agree to get serious and check themselves. Blitzo could stand to admit he likes Stolas and maybe wants to be his boyfriend, and thus work to not constantly seek self validation while pushing people away for fear he's not worthy of love, affection, and friends, meanwhile Stolas can (to the best of his ability given his strength and evident power over Blitzo and indeed all imps, hellhounds, and any being lower in the social hierarchy than the Ars Goetia demons) work to actually listen to Blitzo and his feelings, put them on equal footing in their relationship instead of treating him like a cute sex toy, and generally just be more consensual with their romantic encounters, like yes it's apparent Blitzo likes the sex but Stolas needs to be less demanding and domineering (although it looks like Blitzo definitely gets times to be dominant if thew end of episode 6 was any indication.). Also, I could be wrong but if feels like Blitzo might have some subtle reservations about being in gay relationships, possibly some internalized homophobia or fear of being submissive since he admits to being openly pan, but also puts stock in previous straight relationships like Verosika, makes most of his innuendos heterosexual in nature (like naming his Bazooka "my dick", and the rockets "pussy destroyer"), and even refers to Stolas with terms like pussy. Could be wrong but my read is maybe he just needs to embrace the gayness a lil more for his own peace of mind.
When I finished watching the episode I could only think of your reaction about Stolas entrance, which was a new level of epic to me, and Stolitz being thrown on our face and rubbed until our skins peeled off.
That last action scene had me feeling all sorts of things... most of them weird, some funny weird but mostly aroused weird.
Detail that I loved: When agent two is getting possessed by Stolas it looks like the corpses around her get up and bow to Stolas. True, that could also just be them starting drawing the circle, but man does it also look like bowing.

Looking back, this is still my favorite episode ever. The government agents being goofy cartoon characters, the badass fight scene where even Moxxie gets to show off his shit, the trip scenes and Stolace's bs are all pure gold.

I love how in Moxxie’s trip Blitzø is far up above him and speaking in a fancy voice. And in Blitzø’s trip Moxxie is speaking down to him in a fancy voice.
I think that showed how they both feel like the other thinks they are better than them.
I love how Moxxie just starts rattling off a half mile long coffee order. That may be my favorite gag.

Theory. Blitz isn’t just an imp or is majorly holding himself back. In the scene where everything deteriorates blitz screams in anger. Showing way more teeth than normal. Also why else would verosica want him. As well as why he is so much stronger than moxy and striker.
I think the one thing that might puncture the drama of Blitzo's downward spiral of exposing demons to humanity would be what punctures the drama of every Helluva Boss episode; comedy.
Tbh if someone showed me pictures of demons on a camera, no matter how realistic they look i'd be like "wow what movie or cosplay is this"

Stolas is a Great Prince of Hell, that means he was powerful even before Hell was a thing. I think summoning himself into the human world & all-seeing, are the least of his full abilities.
I'm a proud Stolitzo shipper. I love how they dance around how they genuinely feel. And I love that hot owl boy so much. Not sure how I feel about his human form yet but I think it'll grow on me.

I had a small theory after this episode regarding it’s villains. I think this show will follow an operation: kids next door style where each episode will have a random villain from the show each time, and these early episodes are just introducing said villains

Loved this episode. Have to admit though, I was half expecting the Cherubs to appear in the background of the ending scene, setting up a potential human+angel revenge alliance. Alternatively if the agents and their group make a return, I wouldn't mind seeing them with actually competent flunkies, perhaps 'werewolves' resulting from secret government experimentation using plot-convienant shed fur from Loona left at the fight scene, or something.
I think that section of Moxxie's song does mean he's interested in Blitz, but he seems to have some repressed issues from growing up in the Wrath ring about his...less overtly masculine interests. That seems to extend to his exceptional ability to pull off wearing a dress (briefly comes up during the song as a visual), the pegging, and all the way to maybe being into Blitz. For Moxxie I think it goes beyond that, though, there's also the whole boss/employee dynamic which would concern him, and he's probably the only denizen of hell besides Charlie to be even remotely monogamous so far so he probably also secretly worries what being into Blitz means about him and Millie. Repressed Guilt, now in Demon Form.

I think this episode highlight's that in some ways Blitzø wants to be more like Moxxie. Moxxie might be the least demonic of demons but he's not afraid to own it, his insecurities bubble close to the surface but he's willing to speak up for those he cares about, and his marriage is so unbelievably wholesome and genuine in a place where sin reins supreme. Blitzø, on the other hand, hides his insecurities by forcefully taking charge of the situation, his afraid of being seen as lesser but is willing to demean himself like his strange transactional relationship with Stolas to get what he wants, and he seems to forcefully inserts himself between Millie and Moxxie because deep down he wants that type of relationship for himself but doesn't quite know how to proceed or if it's even possible for him.
It's hard that they don't have much in way of production
Every episode deepens the lore and character building w/c is great
but i kinda want some fun nonsense every now and then
remember Adventure Time, Invader Zim, hecc even Over The Garden Wall, not everything was world building and character stories
But they can't afford to do something like that with the small team they have unfortunately
I do want something similar to Episode 1 where there's no huge stakes and massive plotlines moving every episode

Everybody keeps calling D.H.O.R.K.S. "the government," but they explicitly say that the organization has a group called "corporate." Basic civics/economics lession: *No government has a division called "corporate," because the word "corporate" refers specifically to NON-GOVERNMENT economic entities.* D.H.O.R.K.S. is a private corporation, not any kind of CIA-like government agency. The only thing that's even vaguely similar to government organizations is the employees call themselves "agents" and the black suits, but agent is a common job title in private companies and black suits are just generic professional. I can't reasonably see Vivziepop having that blatant of a research failure, especially given that they've already established the blatant villainy of private business interests as a recurring theme of the show. D.H.O.R.K.S. doesn't play as a government agency, but as some kind of PMC that's a shitty, incompetent, try-hard clone of a government agency.
I agree. the only problem with episode 6 in my opinion, is that I WANT MORE OF THIS SHIT!!!! Can't wait for Episode 7 (which will most likely air in a month or 2 (hopefully we get to see more of Verosika again as well cuz DAYUM did she make an entrance in her debut episode)).

2:35 YES! This episode really reminded me they are demons who kill, they are dangerous and Stolas is even MORE dangerous and scary, pretty ironic but this episode made me look at the characters with so much depth
that rotating room being CG was the only way it could have been done the way it was with the camera movements
