Jenny Stardust is known for being Jean Shrimpton’s sister and having also married the late rockstar, Ziggy Stardust in the 1970s. Her fame peaked in the mid 1960s when she decided to pursue a music career as well as her continuing her successful modelling career that began in the early 60s alongside her sister’s already globally successful modelling career. When her first record, My Arms Are Just Fuckin Stuck Like This was released in 1966 she became a hit sensation in the US as she was living there at the time and this prompted her to continue to live and work in the United States for the rest of her career and life. Today her hit song and other records that she released continue to be recognised and enjoyed by both Americans and people around the globe and create a significant sense of nostalgia for those who lived throughout the days of her success. Nowadays fans still grieve the loss of Jenny since she passed away in 2019 due to the devastating impacts of her long term battle with Myarmsstuck Syndrome. She will always be known for the impact she made in the 1960s and 70s and how she inspired so many with her pursuit in both music and modelling.
This song is such a great coping mechanism. I got kinda foked up at work and now my arm doesn't fully unbend. I truly get to walk like a douche for the rest of my life and discovering this song so soon after has been amazing.
My Star Wars figures in the 70s and early 80s must have had this affliction because their arms frequently looked like this when I pulled them from my toy box.
Jenny truly has a way with words, it's best described as magic - especially in the song, "I Ate Bad Broccoli Now I'm Shittin' Green Soup", off of her 1947 album, Am I Drowning Again? Her silky prose is as smooth as butter on a seal. Truly one of the greats!
My favorite of hers was always "Knucklebutter Surgery (Slippin' and Slicing)" but I will never get over her performing for the troops in Batswana. Truly an inspiration.

I couldn't believe it when I came across a copy of this song, on a common multimedia storage device over a decade ago, after the first listen I added it to my playlists! No one has quite replicated the sounds of Jenny Stardust - My Arms Are Just F*ckin' Stuck Like This! If only some of the contemporary music artists had listened also!
The weathering of the albums art showing the outline of the vinyl record inside just goes to show this probably couldnt be more perfect.
Jenny's MDMA problem was the influence for this song.
Would've been a great song for that Barbie movie
You really haven't heard this song until you've seen her arms just fucking stuck like that live.
This song is such a great coping mechanism. I got kinda foked up at work and now my arm doesn't fully unbend. I truly get to walk like a douche for the rest of my life and discovering this song so soon after has been amazing.
This was #1 for 28 straight weeks on the Tourette’s Singles Chart.
The horns on this are amazing.
My Star Wars figures in the 70s and early 80s must have had this affliction because their arms frequently looked like this when I pulled them from my toy box.
I catch myself singing this song all the time. Really good one. The wacky AI aspects to it somehow make it more memorable.
I don’t know what made you make this… but thank you. It’s my birthday and I pissed my pants
Soiled pants? They've got a song for that too 🤔
I love how this sums up all the thoughts you have when faced with some new physical ailment 😂😂😂
This is one of the funniest things I’ve heard in a long time. Bravo!!!
I have had this stuck in my head ALL DAY.
Leaving a comment here so that if/when ppl like it I can be reminded of this masterpiece
Come back and witness the joy all over again
Another week's gone by. Come back, friend.
That was the song my grandparents danced to at their wedding reception! I heard stories of how lovely it was!
My favorite of hers was always "Knucklebutter Surgery (Slippin' and Slicing)" but I will never get over her performing for the troops in Batswana. Truly an inspiration.
@@problematique9389 if we are all still here in 100 years, and youtube comments are still somehow accessible, I really hope people understand we were all being extremely funny, and not actually sharing real anecdotes.
..but honestly that'd be even funnier so I'm not pressed.
My mother used to sing this on laundry day
We don't live in the best or worst timeline, simply the weirdest.
And occasionally, that weirdness manages to be very oddly charming :)
This whole channel is like the old Dr. Demento show. Nice.
I don't know where this has been all my life, but it arrived precisely when it needed to.
Oh Jenny... I used to be in love with you as a kid. I miss you RIP. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
This is the best thing ive heard in so long lmao. I wish you had a shirt with this on it. I would wear this everywhere
oh my god. seconded. thirded. PLEASE
"So what are you listening to?"
"Uh..."
This takes me back.
My grandmother used to tell stories about going to the beach with a transistor radio and doing the mashed potato to this classic. She's a real time capsule. Most people don't remember these obscure classics. Thank goodness for this channel. Now this song is stuck in my head fuck!💃🏽
@VenusWithCurves so true. It hecked me to death and I'll be stuck like this for at least a week. I was never brave enough to do the mashed potatoe. I was taught the baked potatoe initially but when I did it I ended up in the hospital cuz I was allergic.
Takes your arms back
The song, the album art, all 100% perfect.
This is unironically a banger
showed this to my mom who can’t use her hands cuz of chemo (3rd degree chemical burns, but from the inside out?? it’s actually rlly fascinating lmao, anyway-) and it totally made her day lmao so thank you for making her laugh ❤
'this isn't gooOO000o0o0ooo0o0o0o0od" got me roling🤣
OMG. I am dying here listening to these songs. Priceless!
I play this song every day to remind myself that no matter how bad my day is, at least my arms aren’t fucking stuck like this… oops… well now they are fucking stuck like this! Fuck! 😂
We need a karaoke version
My mum went to her concert back in ‘64. She had her back to the audience the whole time as she also played guitar.
Came over from the kick in the nuts song. Where has this been ALL MY LIFE!?
Transcribed from an actual conversation in an ER
About 5 years ago, I saw a Jenny Stardust doll in a local thrift store. You'll be heartened to know that the arms do not go forward. Keepin' it real. Now that there's a JS revival, I'm kinda kicking myself for not buying it when I could. Probably in a landfill now.
