The lamp is because the person is stupid, also phrased as "dim" or a "dim bulb". The lamp is an insulting gesture to indicate that for whatever reason, Mayor Breslin is annoyed at how stupid this person is and maybe a lamp would help someone so metaphorically dim.
Just wanted to let you know, the songs are not AI generated, the person making them is composing the instrumentals, singing the songs themselves, and then using AI to replace the vocals.

I live in a non-english speaking country, so I just blast my fav Ai funny songs like that tune and no one's the wiser...
