You mentioned some have used tool batteries - is there a forum or place folks share their tips and tricks for the power pole? I'd like to see how they did this. Also interested in other options for cheaper DIY poles that will work with the power pole
I love to do a ton of shallow water fishing. Especially flipping and pitching banks and punching heavy mats. Let me tell you, resetting an anchor, even an anchor pole gets to be a bitch when you just want to go 20 to 30 yards and reset. I think this would be a worth while investment for me. Thanks for your input.
There is a quick release on the side with a small sting attached that you can pull if that happens and then you just paddle forward and the pivots up and you can move. At that point you can just pull the spike up.
You are gonna spin around for sure. Gotta think ahead a bit depending on wind direction and where you are casting. Literally the only draw back but I always make it work.

I’m not really sure if there are any forums out there or not. I have never really researched it further. I just love my set up the way it is.

Ya it’s pretty awesome! Better order one now if you want it for spring. They are way behind on production. Thanks for watching.
@@nocoastangling will do, and thank you for the good content!
Very nice ....I was on the fence until I saw your video, you convinced me to buy 2 for my twin troller....thanks !
Ya I can say enough good things about them. Game changer!
What happens if the battery dies with it lowered down and anchored?

Will this pole spin you around in heavy wind or does it put you in one spot and not turn you at all?
