BOBBER DOWN- ONE MORE SUMMER STEELHEAD

Make a couple trips for summer steelhead and I got one. I caught this one using eggs. Always fun when there’s a bobber down. I wanted to get one before fall salmon starts and lucky one decided to bite.

Hey Vu sweet catch! Can you make you a video on how you cure your eggs for different species? (Coho, king, etc) and what’s different about the cure per season? (Fall, winter, summer)

I made one for curing eggs for salmon. Method is the same for all salmon all seasons. Steelhead egg cure is a more mixture of sugar/ borax and sweeter. I’ll do a video for curing eggs for steelhead soon

Size 2 hook, wow ! Very small
