What size hook works best for the eggs you are using?
Size 2/O for fishing with eggs. Sometime I use size 1 if water is low and clear
I'm in western New York and the run is just starting. Waiting on the cold rain
Same as us over here. It’s been dry so any day with rain is gonna bring more fresh fish.

Egg sinker is actually better. Less hardware on the set up. I just didn’t have any and didn’t want to buy them 😅

Weekend when I’m off. It’s hard to do bobber there because everyone is throwing corkie, but usually I get a couple biters in there when there’s room for me to throw eggs.

Yeah I cure my own. Firecure and procure are my favorites. I posted video on how a cure my eggs. I do add some extra ingredients 😉
