My mom and i use to cook salmon very similar to this, little mayo, some bacon and cheese, throw it on the grill over a little cedar fire. Its the only way my dad would eat it other than smoked.
I've converted a few people to the cheesey salmon recipe. I've even added a few twists to it. Drizzled some pesto on top. Used parm and mozz as my cheese...omg 😲😋😋🎣🎣🎣🎣
