That's how the Lion King word in the clouds rumour started in the mid 90s (and was contradicted later). Some kid was watching it on vhs, then paused the video after Simba collapses and the dust particles are moving around and created a huge fuss that the dust cloud spells a certain naughty three-letter word. It spread like wildfire online until it was explained that the word was actually a blurred version of SFX after the department that made the special effects. 25 years later and some people still think that it spelled the naughty word, to the point that Disney apparently removed it altogether from later releases to avoid the headache (I have not see the later releases and cannot tell but I have the original vhs version and it was SFX if anything). Same goes for the priest in The Little Mermaid, even to this day people think that a certain part of his anatomy is something naughty because of a crazy theory that someone started, when it was actually the poor man's knee.
I knew it! If you slow down the video to the slowest speed, as he's getting sucked into the gem, there's a quick burst of green light at the very end. If you pause it at just the right moment, you can see the face that is in the Mirror on the Wall from Snow White. He becomes the Mirror on the Wall! No. It is just fan speculation. Chris Buck said that these are just Easter Eggs (but does not mind if fans want to come up with their own scenarios; that's what fanfic is for). Besides, Magnifico is not trapped in a magic mirror. He is trapped in the tip of his staff and it does not resemble the ornate mirror from the animated Snow White in the least bit. If they really wanted him to be the Magic Mirror spirit, they would have already transformed him as punishment , not throw in a quick frame that you cannot even see if you don't pause. And it would be an insult to the masterpiece which is Disney's Snow White to impose such random origin stories. The Mirror does not have an origin in the original fairy tale; Disney has already proposed two non canon scenarios for the origin of the mirror in the novel "A Tale of the Wicked Queen" and in Once Upon a Time and even though they are both far-fetched, they both make more sense than Magnifico being the magic mirror. This is probably why Chris Buck does not wish to confirm such theories; they know that at least half the fans will find it insulting if Wish plotpoints infiltrate older classics and ruin their magic and mystery with such exposition.

@@etetgg1364 She was joking of course. It is the tip of his broken staff, NOT a mirror. It has the magic crystal that previously absorbed the star and it was not a mirror when he was using it either. She said it as a joke in order to tease Magnifico's vanity with his looks (reference to the Wicked Queen)and passion for mirrors because it slightly has the outline of a hand-held mirror and it has a transparent surface (which is crystal, not glass as in mirrors). Even her husband says "That's not funny". It is NOT a mirror because you CANNOT see your face in it or any reflection really, which is what a mirror does. All you can see is Magnifico's spirit. It is more like the crystal ball in which Madame Leota is inside in Haunted Mansion so it would make more sense to say that he turned into that instead, even though that's obviously not the case. Or that he turned into the Genie from the lamp (which slightly looks like him) but of course that's also not the case because he never turned into anything. Even if it was a mirror, which it really isn't, it is 100% NOT the wall mirror from Snow White, which is much larger and a totally different shape and colour as well as ornate. And the Mirror's face flushes as a joke because it is a face behind a crystal surface and they wanted to make fun of it with another movie reference. People really need to learn the difference between Easter eggs and connected universes. It is just like the countless Easter Eggs in other movies, such as Anna and Flynn, showing up for the ceremony in Frozen though the two movies are not set in the same universe as they take place at least 100 years apart. And once again, Chris Buck refused to canonise the rumours about the Magnifico being the Magic Mirror. He left it open to interpretation so as not to displease fanfic writers but they usually keep these things open for potential sequels and because they do not really like merging two characters from totally different movies into one and imposing origin stories out of nowhere. Other fans prefer other non-canon intepretations they have suggested before, such as the ghostly visage being the soul of the Evil Queen's father in Tale of the Wicked Queen. Also consider that this is the only reference which cannot even be seen unless you pause the youtube clip: I have seen this movie in cinemas 7 or 8 times and I still cannot see the Mirror's face (and I am not even going to waste my time trying to find it). If they wanted to start an origin story, which they don't, he would have already turned into the ghostly face as punishment, and that;s the end of the story. It wouldn't show for a nanosecond that people cannot even see unless they look it up on youtube and pause it (and I still doubt that it is really there to be honest).

They are not literally singing. The song is not organic to the plot. Singing is a story-telling medium and it is just the way musicals work: spoken words are presented as songs or songs represent a characters thoughts. Assume that Asha is giving an empowering heroic speech and the crowd is encouraging her in the "I am Spartacus" fashion and they are replying defiently to Magnifico. They did not come up with a tune and lyrics. Consider Simba, Timon and Pumba walking on the tree trunk during the Hakuna Matata song sequence. They are obviously not working on it half their lives; the song is just a transition. Or Belle supposedly not eating during Be Our Guest. She does eat off screen and the song sequence is a means of going through the scene without watching a person eating.

It wouldn't show for a nanosecond that people cannot even see unless they look it up on youtube and pause it (and I still doubt that it is really there to be honest).
to be fair, we don't see what happens after queen amaya puts the staff in the dungeons. smeone could use the tip of the staff to give the magic mirror it's magic. and why put that exact face in if it isn't a link to the magic mirror. thirdly, magnifico has a POISONED APPLE in his study. It's also never stated that the evil queen made it on her own. she'd turn to her mirror.@@vassiliapolychronaki1631
I hope Asha is gonna be the queen of wishes
Served king magnifico right for hoarding everyone’s wishes
he is only hoarding the ones that he thinks are not beneficial for the kingdom . And to be honest I kinda felt bad for him here, because not everyone is gonna get what they want, and not everyone deserves to get they want.
also for kidnapping Asha.
@@kingrickda25th98I know what you mean, but the way he said "MY wishes."
Kinda Cringe when you think about it.
@@kingrickda25th98he's not the bad one.
@@kingrickda25th98But he kept every wish with him instead of giving them back, just to have everyone under control, since people can't remember their wish after giving it to him. That's what made him a villain, not that he didn't grant every wish
So, after they are perfectly fine to live in his kingdom and rely on him to grant their wishes and he decides “I’m going to take the responsible approach and consider consequences” then getting pushed to a mental breakdown by 17-year-old. He is somehow the villain.
Poor Magnifico, he deserved better 😔😒
The original draft was him becoming the Mirror of the Evil Queeen from Snowwhite
Yeah, I felt bad for him too. I think he started off with good intentions, but then his ego, insecurity & past traumas lead to his downfall. Karma can be ruthless 😖
My plot twist:
Magnifico got his revenge to become Asha's apprentice but didn't go so well.
0:29 slow down the video!!! Did guys see that!?!? Or am I crazy? 🤨
Nah…good video
yes, it's the magic mirror.
Good eye dude.
So it's confirmed SHITT.
The magic mirror.
0:30 the face of the magic mirror from snow white
Beautiful singing wishes 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
GUYS 0:29 SLOW THE VIDEO. HE IS THE MIRROR ON THE WALL OF SNOWWHITE. This is probably a snowhite prequel
plot twist, king magnifico is the origin story to the magic mirror of snow white
I think the opriginal ending was him becoming the Enchanted Mirror from Snowwhte.
Chris Pine was a true Hero playing actor.
I really want Mack, Pam, and Uncle Dan also Chump and Delroy to attack Asha and Valentino!
Crossover: Wish x Migration
and this is why my video game villains break the forth wall.
Why did he have to scream? Villains are a real threat when they are calm throughout.
Wow!! What a way for a evil King to be defeated, and I love the second version of I made this wish, another of the song I loved in Wish
Justice is served.

0:26 Phenominal Cosmic Powers, Ity Bity Living Space!
Yay stars free that sence is epic
0:30 will probably show up again if there is a Wish two
rip King Magnifico
he deserved better T-T
He’s not dead he just suffered fate that he didn’t deserve
Really…
1) Lies to his subjects, takes their wishes & dreams/promises to grant them, but just keeps them locked away cuz HE sees an old man learning to play the lute as a threat to HIS reign
2) Threatens Asha/harms her family solely cuz she had a different opinion
3) Betrayed/threatened his wife when all she EVER did was love him unconditionally
4) Literally turns Simon into a mindless puppet
5) Imprisons the entire kingdom in literal chains of dark magic
Yeah, didn’t deserve the fate he got 😏
@@jillians.6930 i still think he didn't
He should go out like a PROPER Disney villain
A bright light show of his own destruction as he begs for life before dying viscously. Like scar or the shadow man

This movie did its best
That’s funny when king magnifico was in the mirror 😂
Púrpura resultados es a mejor calificación sin errores
This is proof that goodness and honesty will always overcome evil and corruption.
But it won't work by just singing, like a wise man said once "if you want peace prepare for war"
How bro literally got defeated by song 💀
The people that made this film, thought a song would be a good weapon against evil and it was not even a good song and the villain didn’t deserve this
He spoofed Maleficent in here.
The ending was funny
Am I the only 1 that's frustrated with the F. bomb ?
Why were they singing???? ………………………. I get it is a music but…..
The power of ganging on the villain with an unrehearsed song conveniently defeats the King. Only Disney.
This moment reminds me of a couple other scenes in other Disney movies.

Bro is gacha movie 💀💀
Humpo
If there is a sequel in which the king defeats the villain and takes back the country, I will definitely watch that story.
Wish is a good movie, if only people could just see it in a different point of view. I only watch movies just for the music.
What point of views are there I seen some many points of view and I still feel very bad for the villain
Can you please get rid of that swearword from here?
Disney really got lazy all the previous movies had these big climatic fights but this is just sing and nothing else
Boo.
