    You can use the shake parmesan as well Yu just have to add a little water. So much easier than grating!

      NEVER. That stuff is absolute garbage. Filled with cellulose powder or potato starch and it ruins the flavor and texture. Blasphemy.

    Add a few grams of a good sharp cheddar from the deli section of the grocery store and these are 10 times better. Parmigiano reggiano flavors dishes. It's not really a cheese meant to be eaten by itself.
