I love spring rolls in the summer. I sauté tofu in a dry skillet & when it’s done season it with a bit of soy. Perfect addition to the spring rolls to add a bit of protein🥰

Made the taco bowl but made the sauce with soy yoghurt instead of cashews cause i did not have the energy to make it in the blender with nuts. Loved the meal❤next time i try with cashews

Beautiful recipes ❤ Tip: you Don have to soak the rice paper that long, 5 sec. is fine, too. It will soften more while you stuff it and it's easier to put it onto your wooden board, as it is not flimsy then. 😊

Haha yeah I know this! I find it always squishes the tofu TOO much and breaks it up a bit! So I just do the first one
