Here’s the thing and I’m speaking from personal experience: If you don’t have decent people skills or just don’t like being around people in general, don’t start a business in the hospitality industry. I can tell, it requires you wanting to be engaging with customers and have a good personality. Something I know I wouldn’t be able to do unless I commit to a 100% attitude change and willingness to be near people.
That’s the issue: so many of these folks go into it thinking “well it’s just beer and a few bottles of alcohol” not realizing that what they want is a club house, not a bar/restaurant.
That would explain the $1M in debt. That and being located on Central Ave in Albuquerque. Not a sure thing to fail, but it sure as hell doesn't make It easy

I work at a landfill and there was a guy getting ready to throw out greenwaste (plants) from a trailer at the bottom of the hill when all trailers were supposed to go up hill, there's was a person directing traffic and a sign saying the same. All i said was, "excuse me, trailers are supposed to go to the top of the hill," and he started screaming, cussing, threatening me, and wanting to fight. He was yelling so loud my boss heard him through my phone, but he was on the otherside of his truck, which was 20 feet away from my truck, my truck was an old diesel and i was sitting inside of it. When my bosses drove up to ask him what happened he did the exact same to them. And funny thing is, i would have just drove past if he wasn't parked 90° and blocking 3 spaces. It was the end of the day and i was parking to go home.

They give you three HUGE meatballs- that I’m pretty sure aren’t Italian, maybe I like those frozen Italian meatballs so maybe they make them different, and are hopefully made in house
