Hi, I really enjoyed the way you explained the roll of the R. It was very clear, and concise. I don’t know if you are still active, but maybe you could make a video on pronouncing ‘р’ (русский) when it is preceded (or even followed) by ‘т’ и ‘п’ и ‘д’ и ‘в’ или ш / щ? I have the hardest time when it follows the above letters, and if it lies at the end of certain words like ‘вечер’ или ‘повар’ Words like здравствуйте или привет и русский are fairly easy, although with the latter two, it is hard to get them consistent. я учу русский язык с месяца, но это ужасна. кириллица - это легко, говорить нет. 😆 Спасибо большое!
What helped me the most with consistently making the same sound (like forming the muscle memory of where to put my tongue/how to relax but keep the correct position to produce the correct sound) was thinking about it like sliding a French R from the very back all the way to the front while maintaining the sound bcuz it's really very similar it's just a trill made farther back in the mouth almost the exact same method to make both really ((this was quite simple for me but I had been making the weird ass clicking sound from the predator films as a stim since I was in like 7th grade so jumping from Alien Cricket Noise to French R was like breathing for me))
The difficulty comes if you mentally associate the Russian "Р" with the sound an English "R" at all. Abandon this thinking all together. Completely different letter. Reprogram yourself to associate it with the sound of a quickly rolled "D", and it becomes very easy.

Americans often pronounce 'Flap T' very similarly to the Russian sound 'эР' (of course, not at those moments when it becomes too similar to 'd').
