The empire as always there are aggressive and sees this as a threat for thier empire in the mid imperial era

Is it just me or is the Empire in the remake feel under powered like im currently playing a campaign as the Republic hardliners (Sub mod) and i thought i would have to worry about the empire stomping most everyone early game but its been the pirates. And if you know where the hardliners start in the one planet start then you know the pain of keeping the pirates in check
