I just hope they add a quick update for all npcs (behaviour,stability fixes,spawn fixes and encounters). the special recruitable ones are super buggy, even if you manage to find them, keeping them in your settlements is even harder, great video btw :)

Thank you! I was worried about the „Material Swap“ -Fix. Thought they fixed some dupes.
And I hope the pause-menu bug is fixed now. When i start the game with an active online connection, the pause menu sometime takes up to on minute to open. Not very convenient for quick save safes. Anyone else got this issue?

No problem and thank you for the support! Thankfully haven't had the pause menu issue you described, but I do hope it and anything else even remotely as annoying as that which were an issue before are fixed now.
I discovered something I never knew till now. If you create a Robot you can have it farm food for you

Yep, I honestly never knew that or thought to try it. Made a mean looking tank dude as a sentinel for a settlement.
There was a time where we had that vendor glitch, I remember pausing the update because you made a video telling us what was patched. I paused the update for almost half a year just to exploit those vendors all around 🤣
Lmaoooo nah that's tippable right there. The vendor glitch was the best.
My Randolph Safehouse quests are glitched; the last one I was able to do was when you team up with Glory at Malden Station. Now whenever I go to Railroad HQ, Drummer Boy just ignores me.

@@DemonAsylum It also happened on one of my recent files, but it finally just went away on its own and the quests came back.
Right now I have the unofficial patch installed, so I'll try deleting it and see if that works. In the past I've had to delete it before to get by a quest.

I can't get the resource glitch to work. The scrap pop up disappears a second after so I can't confirm. It just stores the resource in the workshop
Sounds like you're not pressing AND holding store down. If you just press store after scrap than the scrap screen goes away. If you press and hold it as explained though, scrap will stay and you can proceed with the glitch from there.

These were QoL adjustments and a thank you from Bethesda team.
If you've taken this update, your version number will match whatever was listed for your system in the video from their patch notes. New quests and items came in the update before this one. The initial next gen update. This is the follow up to that which mainly provided some fixes for things their previous update caused. It also provided a couple of more options for the performance and quality modes given the first iteration of them either not working as intended or not being up to par.
Love that this game can be specifically chosen for 40 FPS so 120hz can be achieved
I’m quite happy with the next gen options as well as the result they provide.

@@DemonAsylum Woops meant Covenant. I did the quest that ends up with you killing everyone and can't loot because it's classed as stealing. Can't even remove beds with the workshop since they're owned.

I think the you're special duplication glitch has actually been patched, just gone to try it and when you go to mod the book, it doesn't show mods anymore 😢 is it just me? Maybe I've done a step wrong somewhere but it seems to have been patched.
Like I mentioned in the video, I tested everything already including that and they all still work. What you're describing is an issue that some have had even prior to that update yesterday. I would recommend trying to use a different weapon, maybe even the one I did in my video on the glitch which was a bat from the baseball vendor in Diamond City Market.

I can't get the SPECIAL book glitch to work. I get the modify and scrap menu at the same time then it just scraps the gun
That's just a timing issue on your part unfortunately. All you can really do is try to get a better feel for it. Try holding down both the scrap and modify option with two different fingers and then letting them go at the same time. That often works better for me.
@DemonAsylum managed to get it, saw a comment on another vid saying you needed 1 wood and steel for it to work but once I had just the gun and book I got it. Thanks!
So the ps5 version was the best and still is due to the lack of fixes needed, im not using mods until i know they are fixed
Based on all I've seen and how my experience has been, I'd say it seems like PS5 had the best results for the next gen update as well as in turn probably still has, yeah. Though hopefully following this update, Xbox and PC are more in line with that experience. I know many on those, especially Xbox, were having a rough time lmao.
Mods on PS5 are working fine, have been this whole time.
Maybe it's console only but this bloom glitch is fucking awful. Makes some fights so much harder than they need to be, and it looks like shit. I'll be walking around looking for loot and the game will full on adjust and drop the contrast heavily. It's so bad
Yeah that sounds super shitty. Not sure what the deal is there, but hopefully it either gets fixed or it just goes away on your end.
There is one glitch they tried to fix, your companion can no longer wear power armor as you go into the vr workshop
Damn I haven't even messed with the VR shit on there since next gen now that I think about it haha. Genuinely forgot it was a thing.
