Who picked the background music? It never ceases to amaze me with the annoying loud, obnoxious background music distracting me from my program.

Tell that to RUclips for my choice. Because if I choose a different background music my video will be demonetized because RUclips will flag it for music. And I currently can’t afford a program that will give me copyright free music or somehow make music copyright free.
