I’ve done barre3, bar method, studio barre in person for years. I’ve done coach kel barre online and love Heather Robertson strength workouts. But your barre workouts online are even better than the in person classes. I LOVE that you don’t talk. I could see if you don’t have much experience with barre it might be less helpful, but I like that you use cute text to remind us. Workout is my “me” time as a working mom so this is perfect! I also want to say I had bad carpal tunnel after my pregnancy, and your workouts do not aggravate it. Thanks!
Just did this as part of the Saturday workout routine, and when I first did the V sit and saw it was only for 30 seconds and I was thinking this isn't a Rachel workout and then right after that came the pulses and then I said oh now it is. All the workouts that have this exercise is at least for 45 seconds or more. Thoroughly enjoyed the routine.
This was my first time doing a barre workout and I'm in love 😍 I really don't like doing cardio or anything that makes my heart beat so fast😭 i know it is important your cardiovascular health but i really hate it😭 I enjoy these type of slow burn(?) excercises more. Thank you for this wonderful workout💜💜
oh and i think it would be really good it you put 5 seconds break between successive exercises bc before i can understand the next move i lose time from it🥺
Hey Rachel! That's a fantastic workout, I liked it a lot! You look fabulous and the exercises are great, too. So you should really record more of them! I also love that you included some push-ups because many girls tend to avoid them. Just out of curiosity, is there a special reason why you're doing the push-ups on your knees? Or are you just not yet strong enough for the "full" ones? Anyway, keep up the great work!

I like this workout very much. But can you please change the color of the time and writings? BCz I use to watch this through my mobile phone. And this is very tough for me to understand the writings. As you don't talk through the video, sometimes it hard to understand the instructions. I think this isn't only me. Every person who uses mobile will face this problems.

I noticed your feet it's never too late to start, I myself started dance late in my early 20's, I went to an all-boys school in London where they taught PE and only football, basketball, and lacrosse, I was influenced By Michael Jackson but everyone was telling me you need ballet training to become a professional dancer which in those days was considered a bit sissy, but once I started doing ballet I never stopped it changed my body so much posture, arms the lot, I just became a piece of elastic I just couldn't stop stretching and still stretch every morning to this day
A really great workout but I was completely thrown by the 20 second advert that appeared just under halfway through. Not what you want to see when you're in the zone of working out :/ Other than that I really enjoyed it! But don't think I'll be coming back :(
