    After the 8 row, as we begin to single crochet only, I left making marks to the last stitch. Is that a problem for the rest of the hat?

    im on row 12, and the top part of the hat is very small, because i tried to make the stitches tighter. will it become the right size once i finish it, or should i add more increases?

    • @Katieree
      @Katieree  Год назад

      It’s hard to say as it will just depend on your head size. I think it should be ok if you keep going but can’t be 100% sure. Take care 🌻

    If the brim comes out ruffled is it because I messed up the stitch count? I followed it very closely so I’m confused! I would love a straight brim haha

    • @Katieree
      @Katieree  2 года назад +2

      It’s probably because your tension is a little too tight. Try loosening it a little 🙂

    Yikes! I started this project and somewhere along the way I messed up. I think at row two. I counted 8 sc for row one but when I did row two I had 14. Do I need to ch1 after the first 8sc? I got to row nine and was going to keep going but it started to become wonky 😂. I’ll take it down and do it again later, after I cry a bit lol.

    • @jenjen282
      @jenjen282 2 месяца назад

      Just the comment I needed... I had 63 stitches at row 9 when she mentioned it should be 72. Wasn't sure if to keep going but I will start over. I'll also purchase the pattern and follow along that way. Lovely hat and video.
