RM said this song was very important to him. The song talks about how he would rather live his life like wildflower rooted to the ground, where he can always be rather than a firework of flames that shoot up into the sky but quickly disappear/burn out. This album speaks a lot to my soul and I feel like he came to heal us and himself through this album.
We enjoyed this one!! We were up VERY late and up early this morning to get this reaction out. Thanks again for all the support everyone!! And thanks Xen for basically pulling an all nighter getting this video done 🙏🏻 WHAT…A….SONG! 👏🏻👏🏻
I loved your reaction thank you I haven’t watch other reactors because I was waiting for yours. Lots of love for our precious leader!!! Please do something special for JINs birthday which is today in Corea Dec 4. Love you all 💜💜💜💜
PLEASE READ THIS, no pressure but PLEASE let us see you guys react to all the songs on the album, RM worked so hard on it and really deserves the attention! All the songs are SO GOOD, he poured his soul into it. The whole album is art, a masterpiece. And please react to his Tiny Desk performance too, he talks about the songs. And there's a whole interview that was just posted today too, definitely worth a reaction!
@@bakedmarshmallow yes! The Magazine Film interview gives insight into the production and thoughts from the other artists who collab-ed on RMs album, I think they would find it interesting since they are musicians themselves. It's hard to find serious BTS reactors who are musicians and knowledgeable about music, they can do justice to RM's songs which have so much depth and artistry. Please CCW, we need reactions to all the songs on Indigo! Honest opinions welcome! BTS watches reaction videos, I'm sure RM is watching reaction vids to his album to see what people think about it, so he might come across this channel
@@martina_9260 everyone should write separate comments requesting for it, otherwise they might think it's not content that viewers want to watch. The more people request for it, the more likely they will do it!
“While so many people have spent time scratching their heads about how BTS became such a global phenomenon, the answer is truly not that difficult. The group was born of and always guided by love for music and performance, rooted in the spirit of a nineteen-year-old kid who had a vision of scoring the good, the bad, the ugly, and the joy of youth, RM deserves to know that he succeeded.” - Consequence. Just had to share that because Namjoon is amazing.
The producer of this song told RM that he will give RM his 200%-300%. He was going to quit producing after this song, but after working with RM and this song, he said it gave him hope, and he will keep going. Imagine being so sincere about your art and this impactful that it influences someone's trajectory in life in such a beautiful way. What a legend.
You should listen to Indigo (RM’s newly album) on your own time! The album is SO good, and I feel all of you will enjoy it. Namjoon said this album is the last archive of his twenties. Indigo is seriously a masterpiece. You can tell how much emotion/care Namjoon puts into curating his music. From the track names to the lyrics, they each act as a bookmark within a diary. It’s like it’s purposefully placed for himself and for army’s to see and refer back to.
14:26 When Daniel said, "What is that"? Joon said those are traditional korean fireworks! "You guys might be aware but this is called 낙화놀이 (Nakhwanori). A friend of mine told me about this so I took a bus and went to watch it. When I saw it, I thought I want to use it for the Wild Flower MV. If you watch it, it's not CGI, it was real, the stuff kept falling on my face and it was so hot so I kept going like 😩 but thankfully they've edited out those parts". The whole music video is beautiful, the lyrics, everything! It makes me so emotional lol, even Joon said this song makes his heart hurt because it's so meaningful to him.
Namjoon got another one!!! Yeeeeyyy!!! My bias too Summer!!! I love when people appreciate how amazing, talented and precious he is!!!🥰🤴🏼👊🏼💪🏼💜💙🌌💫💣💥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
“When I hear this song, my heart hurts, and it's a song that means that much to me and I've worked long on” & "It’s such a precious song to me. It’s the most important song to me right now.” - Namjoon about Wild Flower
RM has worked on this album for almost 3.5 years since 2019. He has poured his artistry on this through the songwriting, the collab, etc. He recommends everyone listen in progression from the 1st track to the 10th track. "Wild Flower" is a grand song with a bittersweet message of the struggles he has had. On track 1, "Yun", he talks about the necessity of him being a human first before he can create art. It's so poignant!
Please please listen to the album and read the lyrics. Doesn't have to be a reaction. Just enjoy it on your own time because it's absolutely amazing. Namjoon opened a door for us to take a peek into his past journeys, his feelings, and thoughts, especially about his 20s. And it's very... Human. A few hours ago they uploaded a video of him, the producers, and featuring artist talking about each track 💜 this song alone has layers in it and it's incredibly interesting to digest. I wish I understand korean to actually UNDERSTAND it because we've heard English doesn't give enough credits to how beautiful it actually is.
I think watching explanation videos about their songs help. Its shocking how much you miss when you just watch the videos.I had really missed a lot with spring day.So it's true that the subtitles don't do their songs Justice
I love how you guys prove your musical knowledge through your actions I’ve watched so many reactors who will just repeat “I make music so I can say whatever I want” over and over again and usually they r so condescending to the boys I really appreciate how you guys r so kind and will just suddenly bust out a ton of music knowledge that I don’t understand 😂 you guys prove you know music through your actions instead of being condescending thanks guys borahae 💜
Rm is the deepest thinker & poetic person... I really love his thinking, his music & passion ... This whole album made me cry and also Happy.. Btw 4 December it's Jin's 30th birthday 🎈🎂after this he will join military service :( Thank you for reacting on this masterpiece!!! 😭
I am 37 yo army mom .... I literally bawled my eyes , crying ugly in front of my husband n daughter while watching this mv .... it was too much to take .... so many emotions I felt ...its indescribable... I feel so so proud of Namjoon .... he was barely a teenager when he was given the leadership of a group .... he fought hard for himself n his group to make this big .... this young man would translate English hate comments to positive ones for his group .... there's so many things that is not known to you or us about this beautiful human .... words cannot describe namjoon .... his parents did so well in bringing him up .... infact the parents of BTS themselves raised 7 beautiful angels gracing this earth with their existence.... I am Hella proud to be an Army.... I feel so proud seeing this mv .... joonie outdid himself for this album ..... I feel like proud mother ... thank u for reacting you gained a new subscriber.... 💜🙂 borahae .....
I hope you listen to the entire album! It’s truly a masterpiece! He pours his heart and soul into this. I loved how he chose all the collaborators. There is a video of him explaining each track. It’s a must watch! Thank you!
INDIGO has the highest Metacritic rating from Confluence of Sound for a k-pop soloist ever (91/100) AND Namjoon became the K-pop soloist with the highest Spotify debut, surpassing BTS itself😭😭 Namjoon and INDIGO receiving critical acclaim and commercial success, he deserves it after all his hard work these past years🐨🥺🥺💜💜
Listening to RM being so honest and baring his soul, I just want to give him a warm hug, pat him gently and tell him he can step back anytime when things get too heavy to carry. That he's been doing really really well and to just remember to let the music heal him and not let the heavy demands on them destroy their love for their craft.
This is exactly how I feel, reading your comment I was nodding at everything you wrote. The raw realness of Indigo is heart breaking and uplifting at the same time, true art.
Although RM always envisioned the group being successful, the amount of success they ultimately reached was unlike anything they ever would've imagined starting out in the kpop industry. They had to break down many barriers for foreign language and Asian musicians, and became a symbol of so much more than they ever set out to be initially. This is why many of the members often experience conflict between the public persona they have now, and the fairly regular people they still are at their core. It's also what keeps them so humble. I think these feelings are some of the conflict Namjoon is singing about in the song. RM in particular had to navigate so much when they gained fame in the West since he was the only fluent English speaker.
This reminds me of what Yoongi said that they dreamed of just going to the 15th floor but found themselves on 60th floor. The amount of pressure they have to endure must be overwhelming. As an ARMY, I am glad that the 7 of them have each other to rely on during these difficult times.
This could be part of BTS lore. I had heard that during training, RM sat them all down and said that even they were all “competing” for places in the group, they should support each other. I think, if true, it really set the tone for how this group evolved. They constantly support each other and really are so humble. I love this song.
Yes this is when there were 30+ Bighit trainees trying to make it into BTS. Even though it was an elimination competition, he got them to help each other.
This is one of my top songs from BTS (albeit a solo). No joke. It’s beautiful, introspective and soothing. RM pouring years of his life into this album is just another reason to appreciate his skill, his dedication, and his musicality. 🌟💜👑💜
Realmente amo a Summer 😭 me encanta como conecta tan rápido con el mensaje de la canción. Disfruté y lloré mucho con Wildflower, me alegra que les halla gustado 💜
I thought the ending told RM's story perfectly - and very deliberately. He looks directly into the camera, and the completion of the sentence is beauty, and quiet, and solitude - being one with nature and oneself. He is offering the same to us. Are you familiar with #namjooning? Namjoon tends to post pictures of nature and art, and himself in those places. Other people post similar pictures under the hashtag #namjooing. This song and video have that feeling to me. I imagine that the special guest's voice is crying out notes his heart feels but his own voice cannot make.
"special guest's voice is crying out notes his heart feels but his own voice cannot make." WOW!!!! THIS was profound and wonderfully said. made me tear up at the thought. A true songwriter's perspective
this is why he"ll forever be my ultimate bias , i love this man so much , his mind , his artistry his morals his lyrics his voice his person everything about him is admirable to me
I got goosebumps when the chorus hits...!! The meaning is so deep and emotional......the raw and honest lyrics made me cry. I hope to see your whole reaction and review on full album INDIGO...The whole album is a MASTERPIECE💙💜
You guys gonna start with jin week now,my guess... This bday celebration that jin has started since last month feels too much of a farewell... This week leading uptill 13th gonna be the heaviest... Joonie's just helping us to bring our tears out and deal with it...😭
As the eldest daughter who has always put others needs first before mine I can relate a lot I cried my eyes out while listening to this song so much bills to pay in deep debt and about to loose my job it's been one heck of a year Thanks RM U MADE ME CRY MY EYES OUT 💜💜
I'm just crying everytime I'm listening to this song it's so deep fr ... It's such a masterpiece and that's no surprised because ofc it's RM... It's just a whole different vibe between him and ARMY... I'm so sad because not everyone can understand this song but loved your reaction guys 💜😭
Speaking of producers, apparently Docskim was thinking of quiting music altogether when RM approached him with this idea, these keywords, wanting to make the song that would eventually become Wildflower. They'd been working together on this project for a while. And Wildflower inspired Docskim not to give up on music. Which is soooo wild to me, I've come to like that guy's music so much, you don't understand. He first caught my eye for producing Jimin's Lie in 2016 and since then he's always produced solid(generally my favorite) tracks for BTS -- his work on Outro Tear, Intro: Hopeworld, even the Boy With Luv Remix used during the MOTS ON:E concerts (what army's jokingly call the gay club Remix, you'll get it when you hear it, but it's so good)...anyway, I'd come to trust the man's name...to know he came close to giving it all up when he's such a talent.. Yeah, his work on Wildflower here was phenomenal to me
RM is actually so diverse with his genres when it comes to his solos, despite being a rapper. He collaborates with amazing yet, underrated artists. His lyricism is simply one of the best I've seen and I really do admire his talent. I really hope you react to more of his music soon especially Winter Flower by Younha, where he was featured.
It will help to understand BTS story - their hardships, struggles, discrimination they faced, hatred even death threats that they received, calculated sabotage by big kpop companies and k media over the years that they had to deal with and continue to battle until now. They have endured so much heartache over the years. Namjoon protected his brothers from hateful social media and Western media attacks. Per Namjoon's explanation, he started writing or wrote this song in 2016 so it is very precious to him. Namjoon wants to be a wildflower in a field that will last longer rather than fireworks - an analogy here to shortlived fame - it burns bright but burns out just as fast. Showing RM on stage and then Kim Namjoon in nature is his duality. He has always struggled with all his identities and his lyrics say he wants to go back to when he was 9 years old and loved poetry. He wants to go back to that 'him' who loved rap and poetry. He asks himself "Where's your soul?" BangtanTV has released RM' Indigo interview which has Namjoon and all the collaborators (including Erykah Badu, Anderson Paak, Tablo, Paul Blanco, Kim Sawol, Youjeen, Park Ji Yoon, Honne, eAeon and many more) and they all talk about the songs and the creative processes. Namjoon tells the stories behind each track. It is very illuminating. Namjoon also did an NPR Tiny Desk Concert yesterday where he sings a track from his Mono mixtape called Seoul. He also does 2 tracks from Indigo- Yun and Still Life.
This album is loved by everyone because it has 20m+ filtered stream in its first day! He deserves it cause he is the father of kpop (as we say) and ofc a leader of biggest group in the world. This album is a masterpiece and would save millions of lives once again. I know that this is too much right now but today (December 4th) is Jin's bday! If you will start Jin week after Namjoon, I would suggest reacting to Epiphany ❤️
19:35 Yeah, BTS has had a lot of pressure put on them, and all of them have talked about it. When BTS was first breaking into the western industry in 2017/2018 quite literally all eyes were on them. They even thought of disbanding in 2018. RM said this during a speech at an award show in early 2019, “2018 was a year that all the efforts we made since debut really bore fruit. We had many grand honorable titles attached to our team, BTS, Bangtan Sonyeodan. To be honest, these titles were a bit overwhelming and burdening, and we felt the weight. So early last year, probably because of these many titles, I think we had a bit of a hard time. We wondered if our water was overflowing in our aspired ambitions and in our plates, we wondered if this was truly what we want. In this manner, we were a little dispirited amongst ourselves…” Suga’s lyrics in Yet to Come also mentioned this, “That uncomfortable title we were given one day We are still abashed by being called the best...” Also, in their 2022 FESTA video, they talk a lot about the amount of pressure and things they have been going through/feeling.
So about RM. he is hands down, a musical genius. like if u listen to his work, you will understand a lot how he stands at the center of BTS's music creativity. WHO MAKES SURE ALL HIS MEMBERS SHINE BRIGHTER THAN HIM. they all are insanely talented there is no one we can say is lesser. RM for me just he is a prodigy. How did he talk about his 20's, struggles, fears, and everything else heavy in such a beautiful manner is still leaving me in shock. Also, there is something i wanna talk about with his album. If you notice, no song on his album says RM feat (artist name). it says RM with (artist name). That's how you know he is in it for the right reasons. he is makin them equal partners. ugh what even i can say n what m sayin m just left speechless every time i talk abt him. THANKYOU RM FOR CHOOSIN BTS. Armys are the luckiest people on this planet bcz we have kim namjoon. thankyou uys. your reactions and you and your editor are my fav ppl on YT. borahae!
The entire album is a tapestry of his growth, struggles, and hopes. It's his artistic canvas as a lyricist and musician. "Wild Flower" is EPIC with a grandeur offset by menlancholy.
RM BREAKING RECORD WITH THIS INDIGO ALBUM. He break his on team record. RM is the first k-soloist and 2nd K-act ever to chart higher than BTS on Spotify Top Artists Global Chart
Another layer to this is the reference of firecrackers versus wildflowers. RM doesn’t want to be like a firecracker that shoots up to the sky, has a flash of light and then disappears. He wants to be like a wildflower that blooms in its on time and terms, and when it’s time to go, it will fall/fly away beautifully. Just like in Festa 2022 he mentions about the fall. He understands they cannot always be on top, and when the time comes for them to stop or lose their popularity, they want to step away beautifully. I don’t usually get emotional with songs, but this one absolutely destroyed me. Going through the BTS journey and seeing what they’ve had to do and endure. Seeing how RM has to take on the stress and pressure of the group really took a toll on him. It’s exhausting. For some of the other members, they might just have to come to practice, learn their singing and dancing parts and call it a day. But for RM he has to think about the path of the group, the production of the songs, the message they want to send, and much more. Those equal to countless sleepless nights. And since he’s the only one that is fluent in English, he always has to verbally represent the group. And that’s another pressure of “am I saying the right thing? Is this really what the other members want to say? Am I getting lost in this message because I need to represent 6 other individuals?” I’m going through some of these emotions myself and this song opened up the flood gates and released a lot of emotions and answers I didn’t know I had. If what the army says is true, that BTS will find you when you need them, then I can totally pinpoint this song as the moment they found me. This song was beautiful lyrically and visually. All the transitions perfectly convey the emotions RM is going through and makes the audience feel it with him. I just want to give him a great big hug and somehow relieve some of the pressure he’s feeling. My heart still aches for him 💔
This song, MV, RM's rap, Visuals & ofcourse we can't forget YOUJEEN's amazing Vocals literally gave me chills. RM's 1st solo ALBUM . Its is so beautiful 😢💜
The lyrics are dope. Its about him and his life being an idol in Kpop industry. What he felt inside him.Treated him unfairly inspite of he was doing great. He was not asking for deep love instead he was asking for respect and appreciation.
I think you 4 have done a fantastic job of understanding this song for as young ARMY as you are. From the early flames that burned within him to prove all the haters wrong, to achieving global success far beyond their wildest dreams, to becoming the navigator and spokesman for the most influential group in the world - speaking at the UN, honorary diplomats for their country, meeting the US president, etc… RM has had so much thrust upon his shoulders and he has handled it all with eloquence, power, and grace. But even he was starting to come apart at the seams. In the FESTA dinner earlier this year, he said basically that for BTS to be able to continue and be themselves, he needed to find himself again. And he believes that once all of them are able to do that, they’ll be back, stronger and better than ever. And I believe him. “Maybe rather than fireworks or cherry blossoms, we need wildflowers, the kind that grow peacefully like that.” ~ Kim Namjoon
The place where Rm performed is thought to be BTS' first concert tour, the Red Bullet Tour. The Wild flower MV has light-sticks. They didn't have the round light stick (army bomb) yet. The first time I watched the MV, I couldn't hold back my tears at this scene.
Instead of you living like beautiful fireworks and being liked by everyone but dimming immediately, it's better for you to live like a wild flower, according to your own will that lives freely but lasts a long time. -RM.
Certified CCW true fan ...Certified CCW true fan.....Certified CCW true fan I'm still here💜crying! I'm 53 yrs old and been an ARMYMOM since 2016 and It hurts so much knowing Namjoon is hurting! Its crazy how I feel all 7 are my kids😝😝I'm sure ARMY has told you RM broke down and started crying talking to ARMY about how he feels and apologizing for it on their 2022 Fiesta 💜😭😭 they are just so humble .....
Festa 2022 really explains the feelings behind this song. I suggest only watching it (Festa 2022) when you officially feel like you’re ARMY. The video is a heart to heart with ARMY.
When Summer mentioned that “that’s what’s been going through his mind while he’s on stage” really hits me hard. I haven’t seen it in that perspective at first but it makes so much sense now. Even more emotionally attached to this song now than ever 🥹💜💙
RM told the world what his feel by a song.. so, all his song always have story and mean alot to me.. heal n keep srrong me.. although its nt my story, but sometime can relate... all his pain, all his hurt and his struggle to be RM as KimNamjoon... so its really feel close to RM.. so, when people didnt recognize him or less attention he got make me pain.. his hardwork and struggle..must pay alot... he keep all that himself...❤️❤️love this guy...tq RM
Never saw an artist who gave so much credit to his producers and collaborators. RM’s Indigo video and interviews on this album was such a lesson of gratitude. RM had to work up the courage to ask legends to work with him. This man is literally in top of the Korean Industry and could have honestly asked any IDOL to make a money making song. But he asked people he connected to.
Yes, they definitely have mountains and skiing and it gets very cold in winter even in Seoul. I've never been, but I have watched a lot of kdramas. This song and album really mirrors what RM said during the Festa this summer. "I need time to be human."
ikr many people say that wow it's an album that they can relate too but it breaks my heart knowing that's how he felt all these years of his career as a bts member i love him so much i hope he feels better in future and keep loving himself and know that armys admire him a lot🥺
Summer gets it😭❤️ I cried the first couple of times I watched it and I could see her fighting tears. RM is a poet and an amazing human with a beautiful heart. Love you guys. Please give the rest of his album Indigo a listen and he also did a Weverse live stream talking about the album and a NPR Tiny Desk Concert. Oh and he spoke about the real locations he filmed at in the live stream.
The scene with the sparks is actually a technique of fireworks that is done in s.korea, usually for ceremonies. And I love this song, I love how raw and emotional this song is especially with the added vocals. And the MV is ridiculously beautiful and meaningful!
This album is a Masterpiece, RM yet again proved why he is a genius artist and why he loves music or doing music. I love the whole album but my most favourite songs are No.2 and Still life
Indigo is a masterpiece. RM is poetic. His ideas and thoughts are complex and deep which makes him scary and sexy at the same time. His album Indigo is his diary and after listening to it, I wanna hug him so tight and say I’m so proud of him. I love him so much. Shoutout to Bang PD for guiding them properly and standing up for them and protecting them as they are growing.
This song is such an explosion of suppressed emotions. And this is just 1/10 of the album. Indigo itself is like a testament as to how RM grew, as a person and as an artist, for the past years. Thank you so much for reacting to this.
That part in 14:26 that looked like floating candles, it is a traditional Korean "firework" called "Nakhwa Nori" or "Falling Flames". It is also a festival in Korea. They are strips of handmade cotton strips with wood charcoal bits inside that they light up over the water, usually to wish for good harvests, and other celebrations. Joon wanted to use it as the imagery for "fireworks" as well, incorporating traditional Korean culture.
Words can’t express how much I love Indigo and Namjoon. Since release I’ve spent my time immersed in all 10 shades of Indigo. Its beautiful and out of this world. Joonie has excelled himself.
RM himself is pure Art! Art becomes so beautiful and intense when we understand the work behind the 4.33 mins of listen! WildFlower is so striking, Namjoon is so fierce in portraying his thoughts and the emotions around it is 🤯 .. there is so much to unpack in this song and the whole INDIGO album!
First of all I want to thank you for waiting with posting a reaction at least 24 hours after the official release. 💜🥰 It shows that you respect the artist, and sadly some reactors are more concerned about their own clout... And thank you for a great reaction! I'm hoping to see you reacting to the older songs, to get a feeling of their past. 💜👏
I love Namjoon's new album it's so incredible, he is a lyrical genius and I hope everyone shows RM and indigo the love and appreciation they both deserve!! I'm so proud of him!
i cried so much when i listened to this song and it was 6am and i was still asleep like 10 minutes before the release, so it was a quite overwhelming morning, not to mention that i had goosebumps all over my body for 5 minutes straight 😂 i fell in love with this song, namjoon's songwriting and producing is always on another level so it is a MUST to read the lyrics!! youjeen did also such an amazing job, her vocals are so beautiful!! RM just broke another record with his album 😌
Came back to watch this reaction again; love how Summer always pays such close attention to the lyrics, and how tenderhearted she is. Her facial expressions, too. ❤❤❤
Wildflower is so beautiful. This song is what I needed at this time. I was so emotional the whole week leading up to the MV. I first watched without the subs and then the 2nd time with the subs and I just broke down and ugly cried at 745am. This song and his lyrics described how I was and am feeling. Not knowing who I am anymore, internal conflicts with myself, being asked to be someone else when I'm not, etc. It just all barreled down on me and Wildflower is my release. I watched it every hour on the hour while working (with a couple other BTS MV's inbetween) and no lie, I cried everytime. It was a hard Friday for me, but I needed this and I can't thank Kim Namjoon enough for writing/saying/rapping how I felt/feel. This song will forever resonate with me when I'm feeling this kind of way.
Oh me too. The 2nd verse, when he fully starts rapping after Youjeen sings the chorus the first time, oh man I hideously cried, it was horrible. That absolutely broke me: Those vulnerable lyrics. I broke down even more during "Ah I'll return someday" as he sings to the purple ocean...
RM himself is a piece of art His hard work on the album is obvious and I hope it gets the attention and appreciation it deserves 💜💜💜 and it’s Jin’s birthday now in Korea so happy birthday our precious Kim Seokjin❤️❤️❤️
Rm put his whole heart in that letter. It touched me when he says, that all this fame has become a form of oppression. I'm glad each power today make the music you like and follow your truth
I’m just gonna comment that I made it to the end for the sake of you knowing I am a true CCW fan HAHAHA I love you guys thank you for this appreciation of Namjoon. I recommend you also check out the making video for Indigo once you’ve gone through the rest of the album. It’s incredibly insightful and has a lot of insights from the artists RM collaborated with too. We are so grateful you made the time to get this video out, especially on such a tight schedule. See you next week :)) 🤍💙
Summer personified army…this song is a tear jerker for so many reasons. So glad you all read and absorb the lyrics before watching the MV. It really makes a difference and you can connect to the message a lot more. And with BTS, it’s all about messages along with lyrics, music, performance, production….thank you guys.
Loved ur reaction guys. our leader's hardwork and passion towards music is clearly seen in this album.. It's jin's birthday guys, hope we can have some jin special too🌸💜Last but not the least check out the whole album. It is beautiful 🤌💜💜
All their songs they released till now are soo deep and meaningful I can't stop crying when I heard Wild flower... RM put all his genius hardwork in it
This whole album is nothing but Namjoon's personal journal and he is sharing that journal with us as it is. The amount of respect i have for namjoon is indescribable. Wild flowers and the whole album is engraved in my heart with a golden pen . I have never seen any artist who is as raw and transperent about his thoughts to the world as RM (Also Suga ) . Indigo will be one of my favourite album of all time for the rest of my life.
I do not have any words for RM. He is just a genius and a poet. It is sad that he is feeling this way all this time. But, as he said, the BTS we know is strong. And, he deserves all the love. Thank you for appreciating his masterpiece. Borahae 💜
When I first heard and watched this, I cried😭. I don’t even understand what emotion I felt but it made me cry 😭🥺. He’s such an amazing writer and artist and I’m happy he graced us with this album! Youjeen (the other person on the song) added a special touch to it, her voice is amazing. The visuals were so great 💜💜
Same Summer! Same🤣 This song really got me in my feelings. I totally lost it when he said " Now I can't remember what I wanted so badly". Can't wait for your next video guys ❤️💜
Summer, he's my bias too. And I wish I could give him the biggest hug too. He's so strong, but everyone has their limits. He hit his, and I'm thankful that he's giving himself the same catharsis that he's given countless ARMYs.
certified ccw true fan always and forever!! you guys are MY FAVOURITE reaction youtubers to date. Very genuine and true to yourself. Loving your BTS journey!
The magazine interview (Big Hit up load it in RUclips) was beyond incredible. The way Namjoon knows exactly what he needs & what he wants. The vision he has, & his perfections in every little details. A real artist
Can we just take a minute to appreciate the effort Namjoon put into these . 4 years of emotions turned into a true master piece
“Can we just appreciate…” damn i thought you were a bot too
@@xoxopaul7088 I would have thought the same thing if I was in your place
I felt RM through this album and especially through this song
@@yoongstradamus ikr , he is truly a legend
G DRAGON
THE KING
RM said this song was very important to him. The song talks about how he would rather live his life like wildflower rooted to the ground, where he can always be rather than a firework of flames that shoot up into the sky but quickly disappear/burn out.
This album speaks a lot to my soul and I feel like he came to heal us and himself through this album.
G DRAGON KING ,
We enjoyed this one!! We were up VERY late and up early this morning to get this reaction out. Thanks again for all the support everyone!!
And thanks Xen for basically pulling an all nighter getting this video done 🙏🏻
WHAT…A….SONG! 👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you all so much. (Still here) 💜
Thank you for your hard work ❤
I loved your reaction thank you I haven’t watch other reactors because I was waiting for yours. Lots of love for our precious leader!!!
Please do something special for JINs birthday which is today in Corea Dec 4. Love you all 💜💜💜💜
Happy birthday jin... 💜
Can you react to dance practice of RUN BTS.PLEASE..
Yes the tiny desk and the magazine film 💙💙
@@bakedmarshmallow yes! The Magazine Film interview gives insight into the production and thoughts from the other artists who collab-ed on RMs album, I think they would find it interesting since they are musicians themselves. It's hard to find serious BTS reactors who are musicians and knowledgeable about music, they can do justice to RM's songs which have so much depth and artistry. Please CCW, we need reactions to all the songs on Indigo! Honest opinions welcome! BTS watches reaction videos, I'm sure RM is watching reaction vids to his album to see what people think about it, so he might come across this channel

👏
That made me cry. 🥺
So beautifully written!! ✨✨
💯💯💯
Totally agree

“When I hear this song, my heart hurts, and it's a song that means that much to me and I've worked long on” & "It’s such a precious song to me. It’s the most important song to me right now.”
- Namjoon about Wild Flower
Well said!! Thank You!
I think watching explanation videos about their songs help. Its shocking how much you miss when you just watch the videos.I had really missed a lot with spring day.So it's true that the subtitles don't do their songs Justice

The raw realness of Indigo is heart breaking and uplifting at the same time, true art.
love reading beautiful comments like these. have a great day ❤️
Although RM always envisioned the group being successful, the amount of success they ultimately reached was unlike anything they ever would've imagined starting out in the kpop industry.
Exactly. Well said.
Correct.

This is so deep and RM is also my bias

He asks himself "Where's your soul?"
BangtanTV has released RM' Indigo interview which has Namjoon and all the collaborators (including Erykah Badu, Anderson Paak, Tablo, Paul Blanco, Kim Sawol, Youjeen, Park Ji Yoon, Honne, eAeon and many more) and they all talk about the songs and the creative processes.
Am I getting lost in this message because I need to represent 6 other individuals?”
I’m going through some of these emotions myself and this song opened up the flood gates and released a lot of emotions and answers I didn’t know I had.
“Maybe rather than fireworks or cherry blossoms, we need wildflowers, the kind that grow peacefully like that.” ~ Kim Namjoon
im crying the first time i listening to Wild Flower 😭

The place where Rm performed is thought to be BTS' first concert tour, the Red Bullet Tour. The Wild flower MV has light-sticks. They didn't have the round light stick (army bomb) yet. The first time I watched the MV, I couldn't hold back my tears at this scene.
Instead of you living like beautiful fireworks and being liked by everyone but dimming immediately, it's better for you to live like a wild flower, according to your own will that lives freely but lasts a long time.

I always love how Summer pays attention to the lyrics 🥹💜

This song is such an explosion of suppressed emotions. And this is just 1/10 of the album. Indigo itself is like a testament as to how RM grew, as a person and as an artist, for the past years. Thank you so much for reacting to this.
This song is truly beautiful, a masterpiece 💜

I love how RM is so vulnerable and transparent with his emotions with this song. His soul is so poetic and beautiful 💜 this song is so beautiful
Hoping you feel better. Their songs always carry us through hard times. It's like a release for our hurts and pain.
RM himself is a piece of art

Indigo will be one of my favourite album of all time for the rest of my life.
I stayed till the very end. Loved the emotional reaction to it. It is truly a beautiful song.
Same🤣
This song really got me in my feelings.
I totally lost it when he said " Now I can't remember what I wanted so badly".
Can't wait for your next video guys ❤️💜
This is basically BTS is like fireworks so much goes into it but it's beautiful but he wants to be a flower work(wild flower)
Summer, he's my bias too. And I wish I could give him the biggest hug too. He's so strong, but everyone has their limits. He hit his, and I'm thankful that he's giving himself the same catharsis that he's given countless ARMYs.
I laughed so hard when they're trying to end the video but I see there still more minutes left😂 BORAHAE guys💜
Namu, eres uno de esos artistas que llegan al alma con su música. Te amo y te admiro 💜💜
RM is the genius ❤
certified ccw true fan always and forever!!
you guys are MY FAVOURITE reaction youtubers to date. Very genuine and true to yourself. Loving your BTS journey!
The magazine interview (Big Hit up load it in RUclips) was beyond incredible. The way Namjoon knows exactly what he needs & what he wants. The vision he has, & his perfections in every little details. A real artist
