you're not alone. until now I don't understand why he wasn't focused. In other reaction videos, there were people saying that it was just an adlib. Really? The triple high note was even the highlight of this song. And in other adlibs, the members were being focused. and yes, thanks for fan cams.
A lot of ARMY's gave him a hard time about it. To be fair to the guy, JK was singing the main melody and he probably didn't realise that he was missing something momentous.
@@KootchLB Sorry but I don't agree. They would have rehearsed and they knew that Jin will do this triple high note. And yes, JK sang main part so it was focused on him. But once the triple high note began, it was not even focused on JK since the camera panned out showing all of them being on that elevated circle. It should have been focused on Jin. And I have seen performances where a member is singing the main part with another doing adlibs. But the camera focus was on those who were doing the adlibs and not the one doing the main melody. And sad to say I saw this happen to Jin again. Check that performance of of Film Out @ Music Blood and also @CDTV. In the last part of Jin main melody, JK and Jimin had adlibs. Guess who were focused? JK and Jimin. The camera focused on Jin in the last second of his main part singing oo-ooh. Camera work should be improved. Last Busan concert was another example, i.e. Spring Day in the train. Jin was not focused even during his lines while he was just beside the camera men. People watching with me thought Jin was not in the scene as a hint that he will be enlisting.
@@abigailreyes1503 I was giving the cameraman an excuse because I was so annoyed at his misstep, lol! In either the MMA or MAMA 2022 award show when J-Hope was performing Arson, the camera suddenly zoomed up to the rafters somewhere instead of following Hobi. The reactor (Roscoe) was so incensed he was exclaiming "Henry wake up!" Since then every time the cameraman made a mistake, people commented that Henry messed up again. Speaking of Busan, how about that verse in Zero O'Clock where Jimin was singing the melody and JK harmonising and the camera was on JK on the swing all the time. They corrected it in the movie version and even muted JK but at the time it raised my blood pressure. All the instances you mentioned are true, I'm sure that if we put a "Henry messes up" video it would run for hours. I just stay chill, especially when the misstep is against my sweet boy Jin. I'll know his silver voice anytime, I don't need validation from a bumbling Henry 😄😄😄
Both Jin & Jimin actually are in charge with high note. They are more comfortable singing high rather than low note.

Actually, seokjin is good at both ranges. He's very versatile as a singer! His lower range sounds very beautiful.
Technically, Jin can do both low and high notes. He is very comfortable both. But usually the most difficult parts are assigned to him because he is the only member who can do it.

In For Youth, Jin looked like this during JK's high note as well. The support they have for each other was just amazing.

Jin’s powerful triple note here is iconic! He blows my mind. Jimin will always have the voice of a literal angel to my ears, it comforts me so much. The entire vocal line shine so bright in this song (rap line too ofc, but the vocals give me chills).

The triple note I think is the highest note done in chest voice by a member of bts, usually their high notes are on falsetto. There’s also the note on dyonosis by Jin . Jin is usually the only one who hit the notes with a chest voice in bts. So proud, knowing that chest voice high notes are the most difficult ! Bts vocal line are just all so impressive.

OMG Jin's high note is sooo iconic in this song. In Japanese songs, Jin's vocals really stand out because of the certain Japanese style. I recommend you guys to check out 'Let go' I love Jin's vocals in that song a lot and overall its a perfect song.

Jin indeed stands out in Japanese songs. And from what I have read, Jin is the most famous member in Japan. There's an analysis by Bora City channel on why Japanese love Jin. His voice and way of singing resembles that of Japanese singers and songs. In the charts, Jin songs are usually in the top 5 or so. And Jin is the only idol who has received standing ovation and applause from Japanese audience, not once but twice, for Awake and Epiphany. These are their highest form of praise and recognition for performances. Even RM has mentioned this in one of his lives years ago.

This song always makes me cry. Not because of the lyrics, but because of how beautiful it is vocally. They have a way of evoking emotions through their songs and performances, and this one is just so special. Jimin and Jin really steal the show here though. I get chills each time. Indeed JK was so proud of Jin singing the triple high notes as well as the earlier high notes. In an official video, when Jin sang the double high notes before the triple high notes, you see JK raising his hands at the same time. And in a Japanese concert (muster if am not mistaken), in the Q&A, JK was asked what's his favorite song. He said Crystal Snow. When asked why? He said it's a nice song to listen during winter and because of Jin's high notes.
