@@cRPGBro I've used a lot of your builds especially your Ember build but u might want to update it because you now need 3 lvls into loremaster in order to get Greater Command from it
One thing that I like doing is getting Medium Armor Proficiency and the Arcane Armor line of feats to equip the Hide Armor of Elemental Carnage to add +1 damage per dice, since you have plenty of feats this will help maximize your damage with Hellfire Rays.
@@cRPGBro You can also skip the armor proficiency into light armors and go directly for the medium armor proficiency if you're willing to burn a Loremaster secret. Sadly if you get Arcane armor mastery directly it won't work and you still have a spell failure chance.
I'm a little late to the party here, but what I'm finding in a Core playthrough while using this build for a level 13 merc: The DC simply isn't high enough to be reliable on poisons, Hellfire constantly misses, and does terrible damage when it actually hits. However, if you adapt this build into using Illusion & PK then it's a bit better, but immunities start becoming a blocker. Chapter 1 selective grease and selective pit is great. Chapter 2 and 3, the DCs and attack are too low to be useful in most situations. Not reached Chapter 4 with this character yet. Maybe this will improve by the time I get to 20, but without Demon, without a decent attack, and without the old expanded arsenal or bolster exploits, my conjurer pretty much only sits on Bismoth with a crossbow. Fingers crossed Weird can pull this back into viability. Yes yes yes... "this is a build for a main not a merc". I don't think I'm alone in using crpgbro's guides for inspiration on how to build a support merc, so just throwing it out there for anyone else doing the same.
Nice build, I was waiting for you to do something with the new corruptor ability. Just wanted to add in an opinion for a mythic ability option. The Second Bloodline could be good to get the Arcane Bloodline so if you say make a persistent spell it will get +1 DC from the Arcana and you could use that to get your Hare familiar freeing up a Loremaster secret, it would just delay it until you choose to take it
Just a small thing in case you make any more Wotr guides. They seem to have changed the aeon spell that lets you increase all an allies stats to their highest stat. It now actually works on your main character, so a build with that and 24hr duration buffs from the enduring spells line could be kinda crazy.
Amazing build!!! Just ran Reliable redoubt and wiped the floor up with those pesky gargoyles!! Gave my group delay poison, stood in the middle of the cloud and every other round they were sitting ducks!!! Only lost about 3 or 4 of Regill's NPC ! I can't wait till I have more spell slots!🥰🥰🥰

So, I presume would this work with a Half-Elf (for +4 to CHA and Skill Focus bonus feat) Azata Sorcerer as well? I presume you'll lose a bit of power compared to the Demon, but I'm not really into evil runs. Also, I see you are running through your own Stinking Cloud spell, how does this work, aside from having very high saves? You should not be immune to your own spells with the Corruptor ability, shouldn't you?

Dont know will u make a more builds, but in ur videos about best fauchards, u fogrot act 4, in it u can find, i think one of the best fauchard in the game that give ur additional attack for every 5 hits, u can give it by sarzaksys's bodyguard (Bearer of Sorrow). it will be good to see a guide about mb barbarian two-handed with it.

I know you have far other more recent focus than Wotr now, between BG3 and Rogue trader, but do you think that with the new mythic ability for the last dlc/patch, the mythic inspiration, we could see a bard build ont the channel ? Something like a pure bard caster/support with Mythic inspiration, best joke and the like :D ?
It's a pity that the devil path is so late and not quite as OP for casters as demon. I prefer devils and was disappointed with some of the choices they went for with that path, e.g. the fact that aeon is also not great and that the usual angel -> devil progression isn't a thing. Anyway thanks for the build, might try a demon another time.

Very late but Delay Poison Communal does this. It technically doesn’t make them immune (it delays the effect), so Corruptor won’t pierce it. With this all your allies can chill inside the cloud hammering on the nauseated enemies.
Oh gods, this 'thing' is back. I plan get back to this game at some point, it will be a challenge not to exploit it to maximum (but yeah, it makes the game boring after a while).

Yes, it's just that what you pick there doesn't really matter much outside if True Strike and perhaps Mage Armor for pets before you get good bracers.
Would be cool to see some older cRPG Bro WotR builds updated to these new mythic abilities and spells. Same for companion builds.

Yes, this way you can go with Sin Mage + Warmage Staves for the highest DC boost!
