Access to Sniper requires that you achieve the LiteSniper Rank. It's the rank just above member. The main reason that guests and members don't get access to it is that it can be incredibly destructive in the wrong hands.
Yes when I was on I've seen so many amazing things; I do have access to this(Voxelsniper) when I'm on the server though, just not advanced brushes, right?

Oh, so your GL app was accepted? You won't be able to log in with client 1.2.4 though. We haven't updated yet, so i've actually got 3 different MC folders to run all the different versions that i need. It pays to back stuff up. XD

Well, technically you can make Whitelist builds, in the guest area. But exploring the server is half of the fun :D
