Round nut, thanks for sharing and you are so right the sound of that V8 alone is enough to make you smile. I also wanted to take a moment to personally thank for watching my videos and subscribing to my channel I truly appreciate it. As you may have seen in my videos that my intention is to showcase not only the beautiful car and really give the owner of the car (the caretaker as Jay Leno rightly says) the opportunity to share their story, love and passion for their car. Thanks again Kevin.

I received 1987 (928) as a gift, back in late 1993. My x totaled it drunk driving. 😠 The vehicle also performed smoothly, which also gripped to the road, and with excellent torque. Speeds up to 0-60 in 5 seconds.

I love the 928, they managed to stuff that v8 behind the front tires and get the weight pretty much 50/50. You can also fit a whole mountain bike in the back without taking off tires and close the hatch too.

@@ClassicCarChitChat You're most welcome. I love the video very much and the low-key way of telling the story of 928. When it first came out, I was sure one day I would be able to afford one, months turn to years, then to decades and over the new millennium. The video is so informative that I felt I somehow owned the car. And a 5 speed no less, perfect dream car. Italian cars are nice too, but in their particular way. German products are a class by themselves, and it reminds me of tagging along with my dad for more than half a day to find a German-made steaming iron all over the city when I was 4 or 5 years old along with 3 other siblings and my mom.

almost managed a 91 GT but sadly got outbid/ was humoured by the sales guy to look at it ... and like a moron when these cars were cheaper I glazed over a 93 GTS...ended up factory ordering a 21 scat pack challenger (daily) , just can't compete with those folks who could buy one on the side along with 2 early 930 turbos.
