- Hey everyone! In this video I'm going to talk about Facial Cleansing Brushes. They have become quite popular recently so I thought about sharing with you my own personal experience, how I incorporate it into my daily skincare routine and everything else you need to know about facial cleansing brushes.

Hehe i used that when i was in college, however mejo abrasive pala cya so I would not recommend it to be used on the face :)

Silicone brush or just your bare hands :) silicone brush will be able to clean the skin a bit more :)

Hi Doc, my doctor bought me Remington Reveal facial cleansing brush on my birthday last year, I didn’t use it. I want to try it now but don’t what kind of cleansing cream should I use. Any brand of cleansing cream is suitable for the cleansing brush?

05:04 - I don't understand. So you use a facial scrub AND the cleansing brush after? Isn't that a bit harsh on the face? I thought the scrub would be sufficient enough? Interesting.
So in summary, if you have healthy skin it's not really necessary unless you want to pamper yourself with gentle exfoliation.
I read somewhere using them too often can also completely disrupt the skin barrier, causing irritation, acne and dryness of the skin so your recommendation on not overdoing it was spot on!
I think I'll stick to my hands and the occasional washcloth, lol.

Hi doc good evening tanong ko lang po.oily skin po ako at may tigyawat kunti ang gamit ko po Garnier anti acne tsaka Yung Garnier din po na cream.okay lang po ba na gamitin Araw Araw yun.tapos Yung toner ko po celeteque hydration alcohol free toner okay lang po ba yun pagsabayin.kaylan po dapat gamitin Yung celeteque hydration facial moisturizer po.sana masagot nyo po ung tanong ko salamat po doc.
Ok lng naman to use it together. But hard to give concrete recommendations without seeing and assessing your skin, walang de-kahon na advice e, I suggest a consultation.

i personally think silicone brushes are ok to use even if you have acne, bristled brushes might be too harsh.

i do that with my silicone brush cleanser

You can start by identifying why it darkened and put a stop to it? Could it be from friction? irritation? After that u can try using OTC whitening creams or lotions :)
If not effective I suggest a consultation with a derm :)

Napaka importante ng sunscreen. It should be the last step in your skincare routine bago ka magpa araw.
talaga po doc kahit yung mga.Cream na gamot na bigay derma ay para sa pimple pd po.ako gumamit ng sunscreen pang huli sya at mag eskinol nsa ibang bansa kc po ako iba kc turo nila ei hilamos at gamot na cream muna wala iba lalagay sa mukha

Hindi cya nagagamot ng shampoo and conditioner :) in fact, ung iba kusa nalang bumabalik sa dati. Pero best parin to consult para ma assess ka at mas maintindihan mo ung condition mo :)
