Thanks for this! My husband was able to replace our plug-in charger with the hardwired Emporia with all the info here.

the previous homeowner before me has the 60amp breaker from his old Tesla charger. I just got a blazer EV and i think I can buy this and just hardwire right to his old setup. I can see the hardwire.

So you bought 3 individual 6 gauge wires? Doing this project this weekend. Thanks in advance

I ordered 3 8ga thhn wires. They accidently shipped me 1 6ga and 2 8ga. No problem going to a thicker wire so it didn't matter here. If you want more than 32amps of charging, go for 6ga but you'll need larger conduit then.

I would have used 3/4 cowboys instead of one hole straps so you didn’t have to throw on the offset connector. Also you should of put in a 60 AMP breaker

Those clamps look like a good way to avoid offsets. I disagree on the 60 amp breaker. 8ga 90c thhn is for up to 55amps from charts I saw, and factoring in the 25% wire amp buffer code required for continuous draw puts it at 40amps max.. so I used a 40amp breaker.
