I don't think only products are enough, one needs a regime for hair growth and thickening as there are many factors pushing you away from hair growth, here is my own hair growth journey, which is regime based, took 2 years to perfect this, on what worked for me and what didn't: 1. Change Shampoo to any Fragrance Free Shampoo (like baby shampoo - as fragrances damage hair follicles) 2. Using the Taoist Soap for Hair 2 times a week on scalp only (powerfully works from first use, lasts very long - can find online) 3. Scalp Massage 10-15 Minutes Every day with own fingers (it does work, but you must stay consistent) 4. Drinking Nettle Tea every day in the morning and evening. (it helps liver clear out imbalanced hormone residue in the liver) 5. Took a Collagen Supplement 2x a day, every day. (Must be Bovine Collagen) 6. Scalp Massage with Oil once a week (with coconut oil, and Immortal's oil combo - can buy both online). The regime above works very well if you do all of them consistently enough for at least 1-2 months. I gave this to my sister, brother, cousins, and friends, and we are known as the hair thickening heroes of our friends circle 😂😂
Your hair looks ✨amazing✨, Tiffany! Thank you for sharing your favorite products to use! I have yet to try out the hair oil! I know I used to take biotin every day back in high school to help my hair grow and it definitely helped a whole lot! Can’t wait for the next video! 💕
do you have any recommended products that are uh...kinder to your wallet? I saw that the shampoo alone is like $59 at Sephora and I don’t think most college students have that to spend on a shampoo
24, out of no where suddenly losing hair, my hair is darker, flat, thinning and parting away :( its not even genetic! For me its very low vitamin D, thyroid deficeincy and minor signs of PCOS - literally my hair use to be EXTREMELY thick, layered, fast growing and strong with volume and curls, my hair folicules had always been big to support my hair so to suddenly wake up and see hairloss that hasnt stopped is killing me! I WANT MY HAIR BACK
Using vitamins do not at all strengthen the hair that has already grown out of your head, that part needs to be taken care of with products, vitamins help with the hair that is currently growing. So it makes sense basically more hair is growing out, I for sure recomend the vitamins, I take them too and they help alot
Thank you for the advice I might try lush as I just got a consultation from them because my hair is seriously thinning and the doctors recommendation is not working.
My hair loss pattern looks a lot like yours. I had telogen effluvium. It's been 6 months+ and hardly any regrowth yet over the area. The telogen effluvium shedding stopped 3 months ago. I read from dermatologists that it may take as long as 2-3 years to fully regrow the thin hair surface. I hope it will reverse. How long did it take to recover from your thinning section? Do you know what was the medical cause of your hair loss/hair thinning?
At the Lush store, I was recommended H'suan Wen Hua to nourish my hair and take care of the hair I had. I would love to look into Roots as well to see how they differ~ let me know what worked for you~ 😍

I can see a huge change in how thick your hair is! So happy the routine is working for you.
Thank you so much
Glad you found a solution to that. Lots of moms lose their hair from hormones post baby. Would be a good idea to post this to a moms group too.
Thank you for the advice

At a Lush Cosmetics store! But you can shop online too~ www.lushusa.com/
Isn‘t H'Suan Wen Hua the wrong product? It‘s a moisturizing hair treatment.. Roots by Lush is extra for Fine/Thin hair, which one should I order? 😅
