This sounds like a colossal mistake. Because it's all being done at once. That implies the planners already know how the new city and the new constructions will be used. But that's very difficult to predict. People tend to make their own use of things, they act unpredictably. For example, the Soviets used to allocate everybody an apartment according to their central planning, but soon there was a very active and self-organised market of people swapping apartments. Even in the West, where we tend to build things in response to demand, we sometimes make giant mistakes; e.g. ripping the heart out of cities to make way for car traffic. We understood that people would like to drive there, but we didn't ask them what they'd like to find when they arrive. Is there any stated reason why they're not building Egypt's mega projects slowly, allowing the population to move in and show them what is needed? Does some leader want to see everything finished within his lifetime?

No, I will also build palaces" He was referring to M.ali the vassel of the ottamen in Egypt and his dynasty between 1805 to 1952. Whereas the normal roads are full of holes and bumps and hinder the flow of the traffic. So what's achieved? Basically not much or nothing on some roads. 5. If Egypt has enough water to make these huge parks and water works does this mean they can quit complaining about Ethiopia building a dam on the same river?
Egypt is only trying to preserve the water amount it has been receiving for years. Nothing more, nothing less. Don't worry what Egypt does with its own water. It doesn't concern you. Also, most of the water feeding the new capital is treated and desalinated water because we still have water scarcity.
The Nile River is our right , our complaint is not the Dam itself, it is the incompetent prime minister of Ethiopia who does not want to sign an agreement managing the dam during dry seasons.
Do you think the same government that is financially crippling itself to build the parks, would be any more considerate of it's water resources? I live in Egypt myself and i have clearly felt the pressure of the water supplied to residential homes decrease since the first filling of the GERD in 2020.

@omarmuis Egypt is not sinking in debts, by the way the project also includes investments in education, look how many new universities from all over the world are being build in the new capital..
@mmrr3757those universities are only for the minority elite. The poverty rate after covid was 60+% now since several currency devaluations it is more. The vast majority of people don't benefit at all from any of these vanity projects and can barely afford food!
@omarmuis of course it does, in Egypt there are not enough schools, universities, hospitals... so that means if Egypt don't build more while the population keeps growing the quality of all these things gonna decrease and be very terrible
The Egyptian army is taking foreign debt to pay itself to build a revolution free safe city. And the poor Egyptian will pay for it and suffer from the autocracy.

60+% of Egypt is at or under the poverty line since covid. Now after the currency devaluations it is much more than that. Don't be fooled the people don't see any of the money!

For the Newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's sad truth. I remember when i just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 i ended up selling it because i have lost alot trading all by myself without a guide. Got back into crypto early in 2024 with $20k and I'm up with $232k in a short period of time
Investing in stocks is planting a tree for your future; with patience, it will bear fruit
I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value. I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.!!
Yes true, I have been in touch with a brokerage Advisor. With an initial starting reserve of $75k, my advisor chooses the entry and exit commands for my portfolio, which has grown to approximately $550k.
Please can you leave the info of your Investment advisor here? I'm in dire need for one

We as Egyptians support this
However who don't like it we don't care about your opinion
It will be 1 city of many in future
We can do it
The future of finance is here, and it's called Adaxum. Joining the presale ASAP!
Love ❤️ Egypt 🇪🇬
Remember El-Amarna
Great projects.. Congratulations Egyp.. Love it
who here realized that you was told egypt had nothing to do with africa growing up?
Alibaba Group was one of the first big investors in Adaxum, and thats telling me this shit will explode beyond imagination!!!!!
Why didn’t they build the new museum in the new city?
Wow the city looks better than Israel.
Egypt still remains relatively poor though..i hope these changes touch the ordinary man on the street
One of the top new project is definitely Adaxum. Defi and E-commerce narrative will do great in the following year.
honestly, what do i think, since its done and there is no going back
is that that you should start with the canal and the museum
the railway is also important but it's too damn expensive on the locals
so, they should construct first the important, tourist destinations
little by little they will raise enough profits to finish the rest
but the so called sisi castle and octagon need be built at last, when the country is on its feet again
and the cost of living is good

This is not a gamble. A country without a vision will fail
It is a gamble. Money being spent and no guarantee that wealth will be created.
Did you say from Nile 10:56 😢 GERD
museum is awesome but the design outside kinda sucks in my opinion but oh well still hyped
Its Egypt not Europe so its build in Egypt style

The market is buzzing with opportunities. Adaxum Token presale could be the next big thing to ride the alt run wave!
Can you do a video about iraq's new 17bn ground port project ?
The best ICOs emerge during alt runs, and Adaxum is proving to be one of the strongest candidates this season.
Adaxum is attracting serious attention from big investors. Are you ready to be part of the next big thing in DeFi?
Ibu kota baru Egypt itu 1000 kali lipat daripada IKN Indonesia.
No body calls it Sisi City
I am Egyptian living in egypt
I love neighbours and city
That water 💧 he have original owner 😂
This project and the new capital will sink and cripple Egypt, I’m afraid !-
If Egypt has enough water to make these huge parks and water works does this mean they can quit complaining about Ethiopia building a dam on the same river?
Brutal statement, but Egyptians need to rethink!
Could, perhaps, a water tank on the roof of your house, alleviate the issues from lower water pressure?
New partnerships that Adaxum annouced will skyrocket ADX token soon.
Gamble?
The Egyptian president explained before many times how this city is financed and he explained that's it's totally built on investments and no single dollar was paid from the national economy I don't know why it is pain in the a$$ of the western media specially with this stupid music in the background 😅
That is what he said. However debt has soared since these projects started.

New capital of Indonesia "The Nusantara"
As an Egyptian... its all looking yay and wow, but we ddnt ask for that... they could've invested in education and many other important matters with way less money... these new giant cities will grow in time to be cairo branch 2... i mean, look at the slums and some areas are full of rubbish👀... the only personal opinion that the transport networks is the absolute right decision to make so far... after all the whole nation now is sinking with debts 🤦
@omarmuis Egypt is not sinking in debts, by the way the project also includes investments in education, look how many new universities from all over the world are being build in the new capital..
@mmrr3757 building more unis and schools doesnt improve Methodology i would say..
@mmrr3757those universities are only for the minority elite. The poverty rate after covid was 60+% now since several currency devaluations it is more. The vast majority of people don't benefit at all from any of these vanity projects and can barely afford food!
Building new cities will provide job opportunities and investments
@omarmuis of course it does, in Egypt there are not enough schools, universities, hospitals... so that means if Egypt don't build more while the population keeps growing the quality of all these things gonna decrease and be very terrible
The bigger gamble is to do nothing
The Egyptian army is taking foreign debt to pay itself to build a revolution free safe city. And the poor Egyptian will pay for it and suffer from the autocracy.
Go Egypt 🇪🇬 you good thing
