These trucks are beasts
yup
I use roll on bed liner on my own truck it's a 1993 inline 6 cylinder 4x4 , short bed lifted 6 inches on 38 MT she goes out maybe ones a month now but she turns heads as well
The bedliner always turns heads!
Good stuff man. I love seeing appreciation for a classic. Especially this one. I have a long history w/ the Bronco that dates back to the 1970 when my Dad bought his, then a '78, then a '88 and now my current '96 EB 5.8 that I bought new in 1996. Keep it and keep up the good work!
Thanks for watching!
Ohh man...such a beautiful machine...looking forward to the new project
Man that's one beautiful looking Bronco brother.
Thank you! Sure did enjoy it.
@@HawkeyeSkunkWorks Sounds awesome brother.
You good sir just broke my heart as it was on the truck being taken to a new home... Beautiful truck and good job.
Yeah it was tough to see it go. Thanks for watching!
Great truck, well done. Been thinking of getting one in similar condition and doing something similar.
Thank you and good luck!
The ending made me 😢
looks great..love it....
Thanks, much appreciated
Got a stock 89. Needs new tires and suspension so I may as well lift it with bigger tires. I was thinking of 4” lift with 33s.
My 33's fit with no lift
You can fit 35s without a lift they just rub on turns
@@johnball5349 Yep I knew a guy in college who did that. Not much room for activities then lol
Great looking Bronco. Where'd you get the carpet from? Imissing the back end and I went to get carpet and was disappointed,
Got lucky and a junk yard had it. You can probably cut your own I think it just sits in place.
Bro I got a 1991 Bronco and i was rolling when you said finished, but i knew the ISH was coming lol
Lol. Working on my 89 anytime I can. Love these vehicles so much.
I know right!
You need a center console out of a mid 2000 f250 the fit is perfect
Definitely thought about that. If it had been a long term rig, it would have happened.
Did the same panel body work on my 95 bronco except I welded them. , bonded it and repainted it. Can't tell I did it.
Awesome. Ive done that before, long story short, I knew that wasnt going to be the end goal for this rig.
jealous of this...hard to find a clean bronco in iowa!!
I assume you saw what it looked like when I got it. Definitely not "clean" haha
@@HawkeyeSkunkWorks haha not yet..ill be looking though!!
Great vid, Im look to get a 89, 92, (cali not so rainy) what should i look for before buying? Thx
So rust really isnt an issue for you, other than that Id just check all the normal stuff, and try ALL the electronics.
Sorry to bug ya on the bronco again ... had a question on the wheel spacers, been reading a lot of mixed reviews, wondering if you had any problems and if there hub centric. I can’t find them in a hub centric, kinda like finding the rear leaf spring bushing, had the same problem. If you have any info on the spacers that be great . Thanks again
29wic1 did you get the spring bushing figured out?
Cool
I'm doing some YT research on Bronco experiences. It seems like yours was positive. What advice do have for someone that's looking to buy a Bronco?
I feel like it would be cool truck to have along with my Mustang.
My advice, buy one. A rust free one. But buy one, for sure! Thanks for watching
I’m 2 years late so I’m assuming you either bought one or decided against it but my advice would be checking all visible wires you can especially the tailgate key wires. A lot of the broncos I looked at had the wires broken which is why I now have to re run some wires
@@wolfrus1809 i did decided against it cus I'm looking at F150s now i need something to tow my car to shows and tracks.
Any updates? About to buy a 94 next weekend
Congrats! No updates, as youve seen, I sold it.
Where did you buy your exhaust pipe and tip?
Its just a OE tailpipe from Amazon. There isnt a tip on it.
How many raptor liner litters did u use.
8 and I didnt do the roof of the cab or any of the removable top.
Where did you get the replacement fenders?
Amazon. Theres a link in the description.
Tears in my eye when the Bronco was trailered away.
Me too brother
How was the raptor holding up, any chips?
it held up great, no chips
Did you have to trim the front bumper to fit those 33
After I added the 2" wheels spacers I did, just a little from the lower corners. It was fine before except the turning radius was Wouk because the tires hit the sway bar.
Hey I’m sorry for bugging ya again .... question on the the wheel spacers did you have any doubts or problems with the spacers, been reading a lot of mixed reviews. Told that hub centric is the way to go but can’t find any that fit the bronco... kinda like the rear spring bushing, had the same problem... so any info on the spacer would helps .... thanks
29wic1 always go hub centric when possible. I had hub centric, one set from eBay and one set from Amazon. They shouldn’t be too hard to find, just make sure the torque them properly and use red thread locker. I’m not a huge fan of spacers at all but sometimes they are a necessary evil lol
What size rivets did you use?!
I think 3/16 but I couldnt say for sure at this point
@@HawkeyeSkunkWorks this is awesome!!! Thank you! I have been looking for an easy way to fix my 1978 bronco fenders and this is awesome!! Thanks for sharing!!
@@thatmarred_mustang No prob good luck!
👍
How much did you sell it for?
Enough.....lol
