Yep, my son is O negative and is constantly bitten by mosquitoes. Poor kid can't escape them.

I heard it also (scientifically) has to do with your skin micro biome. I'm an O and they will come to me but if someone else is nearby like my A and B friends they immediately abandon me and go to them.
