    I’m trying to get into skincare and watching some people’s skincare routines has been a little overwhelming! Thank you for keeping it simple and affordable!!

    Also, if you're on a budget, CeraVe and Cetaphil both usually have $4 off coupons on their websites! 🙂

    I'd love to see a video like one with a focus on Korean. I know you have a few but a skin care routine for $100 using Korean products as opposed to drugstore would be super helpful! Thank you Jenny for another fantastic video.

    I don’t care how much money I have, I will never buy expensive skin care. Drugstore, Korean, and prescription is where it’s at!

    Another way to add AHA into the routine is using a wash, I use an AHA wash 3 to 4 times a week to take down the flakes. It isn't a leave-on, so you get the benefits of exfoliation without as much irritation.

    I love the CeraVe Daily Moisturizing lotion. I have sensitive combination skin and this moisturizer is really comfortable to wear during the day under sunscreen. My problem with the Neutrogena product is the fragrance; it was too much for me. I found The Ordinary 10% Lactic acid was too harsh for me, but they have a 5% formula that is gentler.

    • @wendyfrech7863
      @wendyfrech7863 7 месяцев назад +1

      Hi Susan. I use the ordinary mandelic acid on my face and find that works without irritation. I will try the lower level lactic acid and see how I do with that.

    I want to incorporate AHAs in my skincare, but I use tretinoin nightly and I do not want to skip it, otherwise my acne comes straight up. SO I was thinking to do the cycling thing with the Vitamin C in the morning. Do you think it is fine? Vitamin C should stay in the system for more then a day I suppose, so it would still offer some protection on the day where I do not use it. And, I react much more to Vitamin C then to Tretinoin. So it makes more sense to reduce the use of Vitamin C to be able to tolerate AHA a few times a week. Finally, I know AHAS make your skin more sensitive to the sun because the top lawyer of the skin becomes thinner. But I suppose it does not happen instantly, right? So it should be fine to use in the morning (maybe even better?).
